I wouldn’t Stay, Expedia charged me anyway

Disappointing experience. Hotel is older and has a musty scent throughout entire facility. I walked in to check-in, viewed the room, knew my wife wasn’t going for it, immediately walked back car, called Expedia and then found another hotel on my own. Expedia called the hotel, desk person stated NO ONE had been all afternoon and charged me anyway.

Dear Guest, we are sorry that we did not meet your exterior expectations. This is older property but our rooms are very clean and comfortable, since we had lot of rain recently its natural to have some humidity in exterior corridor property. Depending on what rate code was used to book your room rates may be non refundable, some time when you save a lot by advance purchase that reservation are non refundable by any means. If you are not sure about your stay you must book a standard reservation which give you choice of free cancellation. Thank you

Dear Raj, We are very surprised to find your review with this comment. We had asked you at time of check in and check out about your stay and didn't hear anything about your stay. We are not sure what you meant by Fooled by pictures since there is nothing in pictures that we advertise that we don't have it . You have booked 2 rooms and paid $85 per night on Saturday night while avg rate in the area was well over $120 and you feel your money was not worth ? your stay included breakfast for 4 person in each room . You had checked in at midnight and barely had any opportunity to explore about hotel or to use its amenities.We are sorry that we do not meet you expectation .Thank you for your stay

I wish I could get my money back :( I felt unsafe there and went and got another room and different hotel.

Dear Guest, We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We are not sure why did you feel unsafe , we are very busy location and never had any bad incidents either. Our parking lot is well lit with 15 huge LED lights pushing 50K lumins of lights each. We are out door property , if you are use to staying in enclosed environment this may not be right fit for you. We have lots of happy customer who enjoy outdoor environments and huge courtyard with big swimming pool. Your room is equipped with electronic lock with dead bolt and have safety chains & peep hole as well. We are sorry but we are not quiet sure how you make you feel safe !!!

room not check for readiness

Pros: staff and maintenance were attentive a speedy.
when we arrived at our room the hv/ac did not work.the staff and maintenance quickly addressed the situation and we were moved to another room.BUT when you check into a room you don't want the 1st thing you do is to call someone for repairs.i know what the definition of continual breakfast is but i did of kinda expect some type of meat to be served,i was wrong.i could have stay somewhere else for less and eaten a better breakfast with the difference in the cost.

Dear Guest, We are very sorry for your inconvenience. We are not sure what when wrong with your room AC , since that room was rented night before and was cleaned same day and had no complaint either by previous customer or Housekeeping staff we did not know their could be any problem with it. We are glad that our Maintenance staff and Front desk took care of issue right away. Continental Breakfast do not have Hot Items and Meat , our full hot breakfast buffet serves, Scrambled eggs, Biscuit and Gravy, Big Texas Shape Waffles, Oat Meal with 3 condiments, 3 different type of breads, Milk, 3 type of Juices, 2 types of Cereals, Coffee Tea etc.. We understand people would like to have Meat Items as well but in order to keep room cost low we have to manage balance somewhere. For best price in area we think we have tried our best with breakfast items since all hotels in this area with charges same or even more have no breakfast at all or comparatively very poor choices. Once again we apologize for no meeting your expectation but we will keep in mind for your Breakfast suggestion..Thank you

It sucked! Complained to corporate and Expedia!

Horrible experience and disgusted with the facility! Poorly maintained! Very nasty and musty! Not many cars (5) had parked in the lot. A/c not working. Should be condemned. Want a full refund! My daughter and I were troubled with the place. Black stuff behind the door! We are glad I’m a way that we only stayed here for one nite. When you say Wyndham you expect exceptional quality and that this is far from it!

Dear Guest Ms Pinto , Thank you for sharing your concern. We request that demanding refund by threatening business to post bad review is not a right approach. Your stay on 02/16/2018 had no complaint what so ever during your stay and not till time of check out...followed by your complaint to Home Office for full refund ..followed by your review posting. We had very high occupancy on night of stay with well over 74 vehicle parked in parking I am not sure where you saw 5 vehicle parked this is very big spread out hotel on over 5 acre. We have always believed in providing clean and comfortable rooms to our guest and best price in area , in event of any concerns during your stay is always addressed right away. Once again we apologize if we fell short of your expectations.
