Hotel PerfeitoPosted Nov 16, 2015

Cons: Mere variert mat.
Perfekt for barnefamilier.

would definitely stay here againPosted Nov 8, 2015
Pros: We liked the wild west theme, the proximity to the parks, the free shuttle bus, the free safe, helpful staff, the value for money, cosy rooms.
Cons: a bit more choice at breakfast but that's the only negative
Stayed 3 nights November 4th - 7th, had a brilliant time, loved the wild west theme, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and best of all, it's only a 10 minute walk or 5 minute (free) shuttle bus ride to the Disney Parks.

Very basicPosted Nov 1, 2015
Usually stay in New York or Newport Bay so high expectations. Hotel Very basic quality, small rooms, breakfast cramped and basic, disney staff reluctant to rectify an error regarding half board until senior management intervention beyond booking centre, in fact would love to hear from Expedia/disney as to how the start of a lovely holiday turned into a nightmare, so no other families go through the same experience! Bed hard, like lying in the floor.Very disappointing. Price reflects quality. However the parks excellent and Wild West show fantastic, which made up for it. will defiantly not stay here again.

Lovely basic Disney hotel for a short breakPosted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: The appearance of the hotel, the friendly hotel staff especially in the shop and the walk along the lake to the Disney village and park.
Cons: More staff at busy check in times to avoid long queues. Earlier breakfast time slots such as 6.30 am to avoid busy periods. Tea and coffee amenities.
Location: Hotel is at a close location to the Park and Disney Village. An enjoyable 10-15 minutes walk along the lake or a free 5 minute shuttle ride.
My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We found there was a long waiting time, bit of a queue to check in at first, needed more staff to accommodate. We found the appearance of the hotel attractive and staff were friendly. The hotel room was basic and didn't have any tea/coffee amenities which would of been nicer. But the bed was comfy and it was quiet. The walk along the lake was a lovely difference, we didn't use the free shuttle service to get to the park apart from with our luggage. The Disney shopping service has also been a good highlight and the staff were helpful in the shop checking the products thoroughly that we'd had delivered were not damaged. The breakfast was basic but plentiful, croissants, cereal and toast. Best tip is to get your breakfast as early as possible between 7-7.30 am as it gets really busy after that time. But overall a good hotel for people wanting a Disney experience on a budget and want the basic hotel facilities that a 2 star provides.

Posted Aug 20, 2015 on Hotels
No any services from the hotels , the wi fi only in the reception and the breakfast is very very very bad also I didn't prefer this hotel for family.

Pleasant Stay, Reasonable PricePosted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: It was conveniently located close to Disney parks. It felt like you were out in the country and it was a safe environment.
Cons: Wifi access throughout the complex. Basic medicinal products should be provided to purchase
Location: The location is close to the parks which is why we chose it. There is a lovely pathway along a river to walk along between the park and hotels.
The rooms are a bit tired, dated and basic but absolutely adequate. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, which would have been nice. We used the hotel restaurant on the night we arrived and found it to be expensive but convenient. The breakfasts were adequate and we made rolls/sandwiches to take with us to the parks. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the park was fantastic, regular and we did not find them busy as some reviews I read had suggested. I found the hotel to be a quiet reprieve from the bustle of the parks. There is no wifi in the rooms but you can sit for as long as you like in the reception area. We took advantage of this in the evenings. There is a laundry room, which was handy (note: you have to purchase tokens from the shop near reception). There is no access to pharmacy/chemist products, so recommend you take paracetamol, throat lozenges etc with you, as we got caught out with a sick teen. Overall our experience at the hotel was wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend it.
