Bonne expérience, notamment grâce au Spa

Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale dans cet hôtel pour un week-end à Disneyland. Les chambres sont plutôt bien équipées. Toutefois petit problème de bouilloire pas très propre et avec clapet cassé pour nous. Petit-déjeuner buffet varié. Quant au restaurant, la note monte très vite mais il fallait s'y attendre vu la classification de l'hôtel.

Hotel close to Disneyland Paris.

Very nice hotel with free shuttle service to Disneyland Paris and the Marne La Valle Train station. Very easy to travel into Paris. The hotels food and buffet breakfast was exceptional. Very accommodating for people with food allergies.

Was needlessly worried by previous reviews.

Good hotel. Clean and comfortable. Front desk is a little slow at times, but staff were friendly and helpful. I was concerned about the shuttle bus prior to arrival but didn't experience any problems at all. We went to Disney at 09:30 and 10:30 and got on to the bus easily. On return, we caught the 19:45 and the 23:15 - both times, not problems at all. Honestly, not as exciting as the Disney hotels but overall a pleasant stay (rooms and facilities similar to the Disney hotels I have stayed in) and much cheaper.

Not a 4 star

Staff very accommodating, room cleanliness very poor, stained carpets etc, bathroom good, courtesy shuttle times very poor, 30 mins also 1.5 hour break twice a day, 2nd being a prime time to get back with young children. Definitely not a 4 star, 3 star rating.

Nice hotel a little bit far out

Hi stayed 5 nights . Concierge a little dis pointing. Hotel has nothing else near buy . But the hotel was fine . They have a free shuttle bus gets busy on there .

WORST Customer Service EVER

Pros: Its location being next to Disneyland Paris and the shopping outlet.
Cons: Customer service as a whole. Room service needs major improvement. More staff need to be hired. House keeping definitely needs to be improved.
Location: The outlet is close by and so is Disneyland Paris. They offer a shuttle service to Disneyland every half hour.
The first day we arrived we were underwhelmed with this place. The toiletries in the bathrooms were half used, the towels were dirty and the King size bed was two single beds pushed together (I literally fell in between the two beds at one point!). We ordered room service on our first night and not only did we have to call over ten times for someone to take the order, but the food arrived late and there was no cutlery with the food and no bottle opener. The room service guy had to go back and forth bringing bits and pieces and he kept forgetting things! The next day at breakfast I noticed the coffee cups were dirty. At night when we returned to our room I noticed the room's cleanliness was not up to par. The towels were still dirty and our used toiletries were replaced with different USED toiletries again (there is a seal on them which was broken and they also were half empty). We wanted to have some clothes dry cleaned so we called the front desk to have someone pick up our laundry, but after countless attempts to call with no answer we had to personally go to the lobby and hand them our clothes! We ordered room service again and our food was over an hour and fifteen minutes late. As if this wasn't enough, the order arrived and was incorrect and the guy delivering has a huge argument with me at the door for not signing the bill. I decided to speak to the manager about our experience, he gave me the DISGRACEFUL excuse of the hotel being overbooked and understaffed.

Great hotel near Disneyland Paris

Pros: Really quiet location. Friendly staff.
Cons: Labelling of food (eg jam and cereal) in the breakfast buffet.
A really quiet hotel with easy access to Disneyland Paris via a free shuttle. The only minor comment is that coffee and tea was not replenished in our room - the staff solved this swiftly and were excellent. It would have been useful if the jams and cereals were labelled in the breakfast room - this would help with allergies.
