Good points, nice, warm, clean hotel. Shuttle to disney, 10 minutes away. Bad points, water pressure to shower was very very poor, breakfast time in restaurant was a disaster.

The room was huge , lots of room. Cleaned daily . Breakfast was included in room rate a lovely extra . Tad hectic but enjoyable . We brought the buffet dinner , had heaps of variety . 7/10 Not far from Disney park , shuttle bus supplied free of charge . Local shopping centre not far from Disney park - train station. Fridge in room not great kinda pointless doesn’t keep things cold . No bags provided for rubbish . Felt dirty throwing things in bin with no liners . Great helpful staff :)

Fantastic place to stay not just for DLP. Rooms were clean, staff are helpful, smells clean and room was delightful. Shuttle was regular and food was expensive but tasty (the Caesar salad i recommend) realistically everything is at Disneyland Paris. Much more space for money, don’t hesitate to book.

Arrival at the property was great, you are met with a very grand looking hotel and it is clean and very well presented on the inside. It is local to the park and the shuttle although a lot like a cattle truck is very convenient and quick, please be aware the French are nothing like the English for queuing or politeness and will push to the front and move your children out of the way in the process. Food - we only had breakfast and it was very busy every time we went but there was always food available and it was always nice. The Room - Perfect you can hear though the door when excited kids are running to and from there room, but it is disney you cant be mad at that. never heard a noise from above or below and that is the best thing about the room, it is well decorated and we were all very impressed with it. Swimming Pool - The water is imported from Antarctica and it is not heated but once in, it was loads of fun watching others get into the pool! You don't get magic hour, there isn't many/any shops around the hotel but its cheap convenient and a really nice hotel, lots of food delivery services in the area.

Chose this hotel having stayed before but a little disappointed this time, had an a-joining room which was rather noisy, breakfast not as good as previous visits but it was very busy as it was half term.

Our rooms were basic. No shampoo on my parents room. Staff at reception were pleasant but werent very good with information when checking in. Breakfast was pretty poor. Scrambled eggs were okay, sausages were terrible. Pastries were lovely but all mini. Kids breakfast area wasnt great. Staff all around were okay, the bar was very expensive and the staff did not have great english. Thebshuttle was great. Very busy. Room service was nice small portions for the price. No kids options. Bathrooms are very dated. Our bedroom had one stained pillow, other pillows had big black hairs on them. So was a bit off putting. No coffee or tea so had to go back to reception to sort that. Never saw the pool or play area. Entrance is lovely. Hall was full of rubbish from peoples rooms when we arrived.

We reserved this hotel for the holidays and intended to spend New Year's Eve there. The hotel contacted us several times to persuade us to reserve a table for New Year's Eve dinner. We discovered after paying a high price per person for the dinner that it was a buffet dinner that ended at 10:30 PM with no special celebration activity until midnight. We were hurried out of the restaurant and had nowhere to go to celebrate the new year. We ended up in the hotel lobby with a few other families who were astounded by the situation and decided to celebrate together. The staff was completely unconcerned about the situation and did not even wish customers a happy new year at midnight. In retrospect, we should have stayed at Disney, dined there, and watched the fireworks rather than spending the evening in the hotel lobby. In contrast to the narrow and worn rooms, the hotel's lobby is lavish, spacious, and inviting. The accommodations are stuffy and dark. The only toiletries available in the restrooms are hand soap, which we are expected to use as shampoo and body wash. There is no water in the rooms, and a bottle of water costs 9 EUR at the hotel bar. Hotel towels are extremely small and thin, and we had to constantly call the front desk for more. Every morning, the breakfast buffet was dismal and bland, with the same options. When you look at the overall offering, this hotel appears to be a four-star but is barely a three-star. The only advantage is parking and proximity to Disney.

Fabulous hotel, the hotel lobby was amazing- as soon as you step in- the scent is amazing- all throughout the front lobby. Three minor concerns are: despite bus times every 20minutes- still not enough to cover for all passengers between 3 hotels-by the time the bus reaches our hotel its already full, 2nd- wifi access is bad and slow connection and lastly… despite me asking hotel staff on how car parking is charged numerous times- I was told I will have to pay as I exit the hotel repeatedly by different staff- so on the day of check out I paid the car park as I exit the hotel only for my card to be declined numerous times-called my bank and was told by my bank that there was no problem with my card, so I head back to the reception and this time it was the supervisor who I spoke and reported the car park ticket issue & I was surprised to be told that parking is free but my ticket needed to be validated upon check out. The hassle should have been avoided if this matter was dealt with as soon as I checked out. But over all I would say that my stay was faboulous.

We stayed at the Dream Castle Hotel as a family of three doing three days around the Disney parks. We found that the hotel was clean and family friendly. The indoor playroom was a main attraction for my five-year-old! The shuttles to and from Disney park with frequent. As one of five hotels in the area served by the same shuttle service, I wasn’t sure if we would get onto a shuttle easily, but we always manage to. But not always able to get a seat. The journey was quick to the park, less than 10 minutes. I would stay at the hotel again and recommend it for anybody going to Disney park.

Beautiful hotel caters for all.
Amazing hotel. We stayed in a Suite, would highly recommended, beautiful, huge space. Service was excellent from front desk welcoming to staff in breakfast room. The only downside was although free shuttle bus to and from hotel to the parks so many people crammed inside the bus, was not pleasant journey. The bus stops at 4 hotels and with pushchairs and peoples’ luggage it did not feel safe so for only that reason would probably not stay again. Need to hire car or taxis which would be expensive. The impression you get is the free shuttle bus is just for The Dream Castle, its not.

The room had ample space and was clean. The food choices were very good in the dining hall. The staff were very helpful. My only complaint is the free shuttle offered is one shuttle used for 3 hotels and they stop at each stop even when fully over capacity, and let others on. It was overcrowded and unsafe transportation.Often you had to wait until it came around again, and many people just called an Uber.

The main advantage of the hotel is that it has a complementary shuttle that does a circuit of four other adjacent hotels and goes to the Marne la vallée Chessy station which is a quick 10 minute walk to eurodisney. The staff are hit and miss. Was grateful to get early checkin. I ordered something to the hotel that the tracking number confirmed arrived, front desk confirmed that they are certain no such package arrived, I asked to double check and the agent confirmed no such package arrived…only that a couple days later another front desk agent handed me this same package which I had just reordered. Other staff I found very kind and engaged- the reason I mention this is that a four star hotel should have better service and engaged staff Meals are good at the hotel. Common area is very beautiful however our room wasn’t, it had property damage and the towels, carpet and bedsheets were dirty. Housekeeping replaced them with also dirty ones- small hairs in them, grains of sand or something embeded in them. Bottom line is that this hotel is ok, but I wouldn’t consider it four stars

Great stay - late check in available after a long day at the parks! Staff lovely and room comfortable- the bunk beds were a hit with my boys after sharing a double bed at Disney for 3 nights. Breakfast was ok - a bit manic with everyone but food was fine.

Would choose a different hotel next time
Hotel was nice but the rooms were dirty, black mould in the bathrooms, TV didnt work properly. The free shuttle bus was over packed people pushing to get on. Hotel said parking was free then tried to charge. Breakfast was awful.

Rooms were poor not 4 star rating, poor lighting in rooms, no draws or shelves, plug sockets seemed upside down, only 1 bin, shower had poor water pressure and not brilliant in general. Disney land buses were seriously overcrowded and some times really dangerous. The staff were lovely and the main reception area is really well presented. But not a 4 star hotel, 3 at best.

Perfect stay
The hotel lobby is lovely. Clean and inviting. The same for rooms other than the bathrooms. Ours needed a bit of tlc especially around the grout. Lovely big soft towels though. My bed was super squeaky but others had comfortable sleep. We went to breakfast at 7am. Very enjoyable and plenty of options. First shuttle was ok at 8.09 am but the night previously at 6pm it was truly awful. Got a bolt one night. Needed the right cash for that, which was only issue. But definitely recommend the hôtel. Much nicer than Cheyenne or Santa Fe Disney hotels.

I wanted to write a thourough and honest review of our experience as I think some of the reviews are a bit unfair. Myself and 2 friends stayed at the Dreamcastle Hotel for 3 nights from Friday 10th to Monday 13th November. The hotel is close to the Disneyland resort, its about 10 / 15 minutes on the free shuttle bus, or in a UBER. On our first full day which was the Saturday we had just missed the shuttle so we opted to get an UBER to save time waiting but we used the shuttles on the second day and had no problems with space getting on etc. The shuttle goes to stand I in the main Disney bus terminal by the Disney Village. We did not experience any problems with pick pockets but are quite savvy travellers - this problem is out of the control of the hotel and even the bus staff and I would just advise people to be vigilent and aware that it does happen in all major cities / tourist attractions. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted promptly and warmly by reception staff. The lobby area is impressive and looks very magical. 2 out of 3 lifts were working - his didnt cause a problem as they were frequent. We had a room on the 4th floor which had 2 queen sized beds. The room was a nice size and was spotlessly clean. There was sufficient wardrobe / shelf space for all three of us with the clothes we had for the weekend. The bathroom was a bit dated but was clean and sufficient for our needs. Essentially we booked it as a budget hotel and intended only to sleep there / have

No Water for 24 Hours
We arrived at the hotel at around 11am. On arrival we were told we couldn't check-in yet, which was absolutely fine, however, they had a sign to say that the water was cut off and would be back at 8pm so we were told they 'recommend we go out'. We went out and came back at 8pm, at which time the sign had changed to say the waster would be back at 9:30pm. No explanation or apology. It then got to 10:15pm and no update and still no water (no toilet flush, no taps, no showers, nothing). We called reception who said the water was turned on 20 mins ago and would reach us shortly. 11:15 and still no water, we went down to reception who said the same thing we had been told an hour ago. They gave us a few small bottles of water as replacement. In the end the water didn't come on until 3:30am - we had no compensation and no apology from any staff.

Breakfast let this hotel down
Everything was really impressive apart from the breakfast which was the one thing that would stop us staying again. We were first in at 7am and the cooked options were in massive, high pots so everything at the top was cold whilst I imagine the stuff at the bottom over cooked/sweated. I wouldn’t have liked to be the people coming in later on eating the food that had been sitting at the bottom of the pot all morning. I’ve never stayed somewhere that serves food this way. Normally it’s in shallow trays, regularly replenished. This looked like it was batch cooked to last the entirety of the service. The eggs had a hard orange film on top and when you took a scoop it came out as a solid lump resembling a scoop of ice cream. The sausages were cold and pink in the middle and as they had chicken in them we decided not to risk eating it. The skeleton staff, the cold cooked food and the odd way of presenting breakfast made us question the whole set up to the point where we didn’t really want to eat anything. In this area, we felt we’d wasted our money which was a shame because when we arrived after three days staying in one of the Disneyland hotels, the first impressions were very good. We even thought about staying off park in future but the food made us change our opinion.
