“They don't read check out instructions when booking with other websites. My check out is 10 am but they wanted me to leave the room at 9 am. Cockroaches were all over our apartment.”
“What i loved the most is the beautiful aroma as you enter the suites, that invites you into what felt like a spa retreat! The cleanliness and softness of the bedding and fresh towels added to thr luxury experience. Entry and exit into the estate seems to be an inconvenience at first but definitely welcomed level of security. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, we felt safe at all times.”
“At the point waterfront apartment I enjoyed my stay as well as their views, the cleaning team cleaned thoroughly though they came late most the time(afternoon). They have friendly staff. They had safety measure for their guest whereby after 5 no one is allowed to come in nor come out , what I did not like though was the pool it was not cleaned often it was dirty. It's a convenient place as shops are close by”
“Very noisy throughout our stay. Doors banging , furniture moving around in units above , people speaking loudly made it difficult to fall asleep , running up and down the stairs. Unit was clean and spacious but the bed linen needs to be replaced..very old. Hats off to the staff member who checked our unit on departure...I left behind a few pieces of jewelry and she was honest enough to hand it over to me. Scenery excellent. ”
“Nice Bali style balcony with modern high quality finishes in the room. Luxurious large king bed and nice shower. Hosts were friendly. Nice clean pool with peaceful setting. Was shown another room with cool cigar lounge adjoining the bedroom. ”
