A lot of construction on roads around. Unsure about safeness of area. No issues except chair at desk has a broken wheel. Hotel locked us out of room at 10:35 after taking one load of stuff to car had to get our room unlocked which was a hassle.

Staff was great. Horrible stain on the carpet looked like feces. Dirt behind bathroom door. Window curtain looked like it was coming down. Bring your own towels unless you want to exfoliate your skin. Unable to use my streaming device

What would’ve made my stay more enjoyable was if the bathroom was cleaned and maintained regularly. There was mold on the ceiling and the toilet was leaking after every flush. Also having housekeeping bring fresh towels and things would be nice

I have stayed at this location many times. This time the sheets were dirty and when i asked them to change then i was told they didnt have enough staff but they could give ne sheets to make my own bed. It pains me to give such a poor review because i have stayed there so many times. I was also trwated very poorly when i went to take a picture when staff told ne they had already pulled the sheets. If they had time to pull them why couldn't they just out new ones on. Very disappointing

Pictures of the hotel on expedia do no match the property. The hotel is much older and dirtier than pictured. Our room was only cleaned once during our 4 night stay. Room does not block outside noise from freeway. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on and not queen sized as the listing states.
