在除夕夜一晚只要65萬RP，算是便宜。 但是服務人員多數不太懂英文。 然後Room service收到的東西跟價錢都跟我們order的不一樣，但因為他們也聽不懂，所以算了。 洗澡洗到一半沒有水...還好已經快洗好了... 然後雙人房只有一付牙刷

seems nice from outside but the room and the amenities is horrible. so many stain in bed cover and there is hole in bed sheet.,seems not properly taking care

1. The wireless-wifi is terribly poor, can hardly connect during whole night 2. The AC is completely broken, it's basically a fan that sending out wind in temperature from the street 3. The refrigerator is nothing but a box, the freezing device is broken 4. Bad sound insulation 5. The bathroom design is completely weird, the shower hand is on the ceiling, so you can't actually take a bath without your hair dry 6. The hot water system is broken, there's only cold water.

I made my reservation based on the rating of others for this hotel and i dont want anybody to be a victim of the high rate. The staff are great and so friendly but the hotel cleanless is the worst i have ever seen, there is so bad smell for the towels, the bed sheets and the pillows in addition to the fungies in the toilet, try to find better hotel and dont fall in the same mistake.

Cozy room and clean room
Overall the staff are very friendly and helpful. We face some drainage issue but it is tolarable. Wifi is also very strong.

super confortable hotel. staffs are friendly
the hotel is just beside Java mall. a short distance away from paragon. the hotel staffs are very friendly. the room is very confortable the sky bar and the swimming pool is very relax. I love it. will come back again

Great place to stay
This is my second stay at the Star Hotel. I must say the highlight of the hotel is the pool on the roof which offers great views of the City. The hotel is right next to a mall with lots of restaurants, so options for eating in or close to the hotel are many. I was at the hotel for almost 2 weeks and found most of the staff always smiling and welcoming. The room was a typical hotel room and seemed to have most everything a person would require.

A hotel for locals but worth the price
Good overall - spa opened early at my request. Pool was good and there is a bar right next to it so I could relax. There is no sun bed to relax on but there are chairs.. This hotel seems to cater for locals but it's definitely worth like US$30 a night.

Star Hotel Semarang
The receptionist is beautiful, I love how she treat the guest. The cafe on the rooftop is to crowded, I can't enjoy the view from the rooftop. The food isn't that great and the internet is pretty slow.

Great beds and shower
We stayed in a deluxe twin room. Great beds and pillows, very very good shower,and the room is basic but clean. The pool is quite small, and it was crowded due to holiday time, so it was okay for my kids, but you wont have a relaxing time by the pool.

Checked in with a free drink, i was quite happy. But when i was enjoying my drink at the lounge, the amount of mosquitoes there were too much. Made me uncomfortable. Room was alright, but the bathroom was bad. Whenever i take a shower, the water could not be drained properly and cause whole bathroom floor to be wet.The design was somehow a failure. Watermarks all on the wall/ceiling of the shower place. But the breakfast was awesome and the best part was the infinity pool.. =)

During my stay one of the lifts were broken and reduce 3 lifts to 2 lifts for this hoteltype with 30 floors, creates a lot of discomfort for the guests in terms of long waiting time for the lift. The hotel gives a feeling of being quite old, eventhough is new. The cleaniness on my floor is not up to standard you should require. Breakfast area very dark and dull. Bathroom very small. No I will not recommend this hotel, there are many more better hotels in this pricerange in Semarang.

스타호텔을 이야기 할 때 가격을 빼놓고 말할 수는 없을 것 같다. 비행기 취소로 급하게 방을 구했는데, 가격대비 최고의 퀄리티를 보여줬다. 특히나 30층의 수영장은 너무나도 훌륭하여 수영장 이용만으로도 충분한 이득을 볼 수 있다고 느꼈다. 조식도 충분히 만족스러웠고 객실 상태 또한 전혀 흠잡을 곳이 없는 호텔이었다. 다시 스마랑을 간다면 반드시 이 호텔에서 숙박할 것이다.

Value For Money With Great View!
Room was clean. The 30th floor sky view is beautiful. The infinity pool's pretty cool. Perhaps the opening hours should be extended to 10pm to encourage night swimming to take in the amazing sights of the city from the height. Prices of drinks generally affordable.

The Hotel Service was very bad and disappointed.After 10 hours Driving from Jakarta We were late check in at 22.00 PM but the Room was not ready and We wait for more than 2(two)hours to get the room.We will not stay at this Hotel again.

nice hotel situated next to Java Mall.
Find our stay pleasant with friendly staff. The hotel is clean with the open rooftop pool an attraction. Its situated next to Java Mall give added convenient for shopping and foods outlets are available also. The transport provided to and from the airport did really help us a lot. They also provided services to sent us to near places in town for our shopping.

Waktu check in hanya 5 menit dan mendapat kamar di lantai 26. Pemandangan nya wow...... Kamar sangat nyaman dengan bantal yang banyak. Kolam renang kecil tapi penempatan nya yang menghadap langsung ke kota membuat nya menjadi spektakuler. Makan pagi bervariasi namun jumlah tamu dan ruangan sudah tidak sesuai sehingga terasa sesak. Parkir sempit namun petugas nya sangat membantu. Secara keseluruhan, hotel kecil ini patut di acungkan jempol.
