All Round Perfect

I've stayed at this resort many times, this time for 4 nights with my husband We love the beachfront location, the staff, the fact that it's an easy walk to the main shopping streets, the relaxed resort grounds and the service I will definitely return, thank you for another fabulous stay

Lovely resort and top-class staff

Cons: Mozzie's getting into the room. Do include a ceiling fan in the room.
Overall, i had a very memorable stay. Staff were really helpful and kind. Almost everything is well thought through. My only complaint would be that the room should have a fan as an option. The air-conditioning was either too cold or hot. Additionally, there were quite a few of mozzies in my room too, which disrupted my sleep. Although the hotel had provided me with a mozzie insecticide spray, coils, and repellents, they were still lingering in my room. All that aside, i'd still love to come back again. Hopefully these issues would be sorted out by then!

However, In regards of the beach - Bali might not be picturesque lately with constant climate change from sunny to sudden rain followed by strong wind and high tide. This unfortunately also carried rubbish to the shore and happened in other beaches which bring the same impact. No beach access due to renovation!

They did not alert us to the fact that the hotel was not beach-adjacent due to their current renovations.

Wait until renovations completed

Pros: Location is good. Staff friendly
Cons: This is more a comment about Expedia. The fact the hotel was under renovation should have been much easier to see before the booking is completed.
Location: Can walk to lively area of Seminyak. Once the renovation is completed in 2018, guests will have access to the beach again.
Chose this hotel since it was close to where my friends were staying. Main hotel is being renovated and this was not clear on the Expedia booking site unless you scroll down to the bottom--which most people would never do--Therefore I (and everyone else) stayed in overflow area where there was no beach access. I might recommend this hotel after the renovations are completed--but not now.

Great hotel positioned perfectly in Seminyak

Overall a great hotel, location and facilities We stayed for a week in the annexed building across the road. The room was very comfortable and the staff very attentive and friendly A minor point was both myself and my girlfriend were very sick for two days (doctor required) and we both attributed it to the breakfast we ate from the buffet

Exotic paradise

A luxurious stay away from home, where staff are only too happy to go out of their way to accommodate. Maybe I was in holiday mode, but nothing was a bother. My only gripe is being honest, and expressing our delightful stay, so this paradise away from home does not become too popular!!!
