The property reeked of Marijuana. Bathrooms were dirty shower curtain had brown muddy finger prints on it and muddy spots throughout. Toliet was dirty like it wasn't cleaned with a brush at all.

It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected, especially the bathtub. The breakfast was basic and heavily carbohydrate. The breakfast room is very small and it was congested. We traveled here from PA for the eclipse. The room charge was 3 times the usual rate. I won’t stay here again. There appear to be many fine other choices.

it was okay, thought it was 98 a night then ended up paying 154. tried to talk to man at desk next morning and he was to busy with friend on phone, had to stand there over ten minutes while he was laughing on phone. will not stay there again

Hi David, thank you for your feedback. The heaters take a minute to warm up sometimes. The times had just changed so maybe the clocks were off by an hour. Extra towels can be requested from the front desk.

Property was neat and clean. Breakfast was limited but appreciated and enough choices, Maybe a couple fruit choices would be good idea but could be expensive if people were greedy

Kind of run-down exterior. The lobby was the same. The room was clean, which was most important. Expensive for what it is. Convenient to restaurants etc....

Walls were thin enough we could hear the person next door snoring. Bed lamps plugged into the only wall outlet available and no USB connections.

Wonderful Stay in Geneva
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and friendly, and amenities were good. I would suggest adding bagels or muffins to your breakfast, but that is the only change I would make.

To say the least, it was disappointing. We have stayed at Days Inns all over the country and this was one was very rundown. The sheets in our room (and from what we could see from the outside just about every other room) were torn. Their “complimentary breakfast” was a joke: bread and a toaster, packets of oatmeal and yogurt. Wi-Fi was very spotty. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the cord fell out of the receiver. The clip was broken. The bathtub is slightly inclined downward and has no mat or other safety feature causing people like me, who have balance problems, to feel very unsafe. Days Inn, in my book, always stood for quality. I hope this is not an example of what this chain has become.

The room was very clean and customer service was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The decor was very dated. Price was a little high for the level of quality.

This Days Inn is better than most Days Inn’s I’ve stayed at in the past. Room was clean, water was hot and bed was comfortable. I’m not on need of much more but I would stay there again.
