functional and friendly

Posted Aug 29, 2015
Pros: it was a nice hotel. pleasant staff
Cons: décor of the rooms.
Location: wineries, restaurants, entertainment, music
basic hotel. easy check in with a pleasant front desk staff. Room was clean but furnishings and décor needed updating. Centrally located to travel either side of Seneca Lake to wineries and other attractions.

Nice budget hotel

Posted Aug 26, 2015
This is a basic hotel but clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff. Would stay again. They didn't have an elevator for the public so if you have trouble with stairs you need a room on the first floor (there are only 2 floors).

Not bad

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Our stay was fine, with the exception of the towels. There were only 2 sets (not that we really needed more) and the were small, scratchy, and generally uncomfortable. On the plus side, there was a fridge/freezer in the room, which was nice.

Pros: Nice TV and big bed!
Cons: Better pillows. Get a pool!

Well kept and clean. A little pricey for the amenities offered.

Handicap room

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: Clean and the handicap rooms were easily accessible.
Cons: add something gluten-free for the morning breakfast. Even the yogurt they had contained gluten.
Location: Be sure to get a reservation for dinner at the Belhurst Castle. The food was fantastic and the view idyllic.
Our handicap room had a great shower with no lip to step over and a fold-down chair. The faucet was a bit strange with a very high pressure spray instead of a water stream and the toilet had a power flush that reminded me of a plane lavatory. The room was very quiet. The morning breakfast was diverse. The young lady who checked us in was so helpful in giving me directions to the hotel as I got lost in downtown Geneva.

Pleasant, comfortable stay.

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Cleaniness and convenience of the location, close to restaurants and shopping.
Cons: An area with chairs to sit outside would have been appreciated.
Location: Close to the Geneva lakefront park walking trail and new visitors centre.
Our room was conveniently located on the ground floor. The room was modern, clean and everything was in good working order. The breakfast was above average with plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt and even hot oatmeal. We had a most comfortable stay.

Geneva

Posted Jul 5, 2015
Pros: See above
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Bell hurst castle, Finger Lakes wineries, fireworks on July 3
Recently redone rooms are well done: clean and comfortable. More than adequate exercise room. Good location with access to the best of the Finger Lakes. Good deal for the price.

Great stay with good deal

Posted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: Quiet and clean.
Cons: If breakfast has some vegetable.
Location: Not far to beautiful Watkins glen state park
My family stay 3 night in this place From June 30-July 1st, it is very quiet and room is clean and comfortable, if you visit finger lakes, it is best choice with budget.
