Excellent place to get away...staff is friendly, lobby is nice and rooms are clean. The bar has a nice selection of beers and the food was good. Jackie is an awesome host. My wife and I will be going back again!

Very nice hotel

Pros: It was near everything a person could need.
Cons: no suggestions
Location: There were many convenient things that were handy to do and places to eat. We were there for a college graduation and then visited a local museum.
We had a very nice room at a nice hotel. It was within a nice distance to our destination and to other attractions. There's a nice restaurant inside the hotel!

Our stay was perfect

Conveniently located by major shopping centers. Staff was polite and friendly. Food is awesome.

Central Finger Lake location

This Seneca Lakes Holiday Inn was terrific. It was in a good central location for exploring the finger lakes area. The rooms were roomy and the beds comfortable. We really enjoyed the spa. We received coupons for a free sit down breakfast at the on site restaurant every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is an excellent value.

I stayed at the hotel going to Boston which I purchased through Hot Wire for less than I purchased the hotel coming back home through Expedia.

I found this hotel to be better than expected. From the reviews I was anticipating a faded corporate-style locale which was slightly depressing. Instead, everything was up to standards, and even went a bit beyond. I didn't have the breakfast, so I can't rate it.

We did not spend a long period of time here, but the staff was very friendly upon check in and very willing to help with anything we may need.

Hotel is in need of a facelift - everything looks dingy. Breakfast was expensive and not very good. Wifi incredibly slow and the password had to be entered every time we logged on. Nothing in the area except Walmart and a couple of other hotels.

Good hotel

Hotel was clean and rooms were large depending which one you chose. There's a Walmart behind the hotel and many chain resturants like Pizza Hut.
