Really nice hotel with ample facilities.

Wonderful stay in the W in Singapore. Great pool and spa with free Jacuzzi access. Only real niggle was the fact that our room had only a couple of working plugs, the remainder were loosely fitted to the walls and had no power. I should also add that the room was packed full of goods with really high prices. We had to empty the fridge as we had nowhere to keep our own food, milk, ECT. Everything else was great and I'd definitely recommend and stay again.

Great resort to enjoy in tropical climate

Enjoy a perfect resort hotel in a tropical climate only 20 min from Singapore with all its attractions. Vacation or business - it doesn't matter - you will appreciate your stay at W-Hotel Sentosa.

Nice hotel, just beside the Harbour.

Fast check in, a staff come approach me for check in personally. Nice room and clean but view was face to main entrance. Not so convenience if you don't have own transport and have to based on the shuttle timing. Breakfast was good and staffs are Friendly.

Indulgent and Fun Hotel

Pros: Decor and art is beautiful. Rooms are large and spacious.
Cons: Pool toilet/shower block could be cleaned more often - was dirty too much of the day.
Location: We visited Siloso beach and rode the cable car. We also went to Vivocity Food Republic for lunch and a shop.
We live in Singapore and had a 2 night/3 day staycation at the W as a family getaway. Kids are 5 and 7. They loved the pool and we spent most of our time at it. Room was fantastic for family of 4 and a huge balcony which we entertained friends on who were also staying. Great views too.

Excellent service with beautiful rooms!

We moved to the W after having spent the night at the different hotel - whose amenities were not up to standard. The W was amazing! It was clean, had great service and the food was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Could be better....

Front desk staff inexperienced and inefficient Feels like a Hilton or Marriott Restaurant skirt service and food ok - we had credit card discount otherwise not worth it Kitchen table slightly better

Unforgettable staycation

Love the deco.. the staff, the style, the food, the ambience. Even the waitress at Kitchen Table during our two days breakfast were fabulous. Friendly and very attentive.

Trouble with changing rooms

The stay was great but the service was found wanting during our check-in; when we discovered that we were given a room where the bathroom was equipped with rails and fittings for PWD, we had to request for a change of rooms. However, our first call was curtly turned away with the person bluntly saying there was no other rooms available. Our second call had to be re-routed to the concierge who checked us in, and he tried at first to avoid changing rooms for us by offering us free breakfast. Only upon our insistence that we just wanted a room that looked like the one we have booked for, that he got our room changed. For a hotel of this price point, we would have expected the situation to have been resolved in a more thoughtful manner.
