Excellent front desk

The lobby is misleading because the front desk and decor were excellent. Once you check in its another story. The sheets,towels, pillows all had stains where I had to request another. A hotel should have clean towels but some of them were torn up. The scent they used throughout the guest rooms were terrible. Burnt vanilla/coconut I don't know what it was. Won't stay here again.

Tasteless

Good location for shopping, restaurant, cafe, bar and club. But the tasteless design of room and hotel was almost violent and it kept me feel starving for just simple visual. Room service is less than average. Bit uncomfortable bed. Plastic surgery is in second floor of hotel...

Great stylish boutique hotel

Location: Location is very close to everything you need in Seoul
Hotel was as shown in the photos.. room was a bit smaller than expected but still manageable. Check in was very smooth and quick, the room was clean and comfortable. Love the Bidet in the toilet. Breakfast was nothing special but served its purpose.

모던하고 깔끔한 스타일 객실, 근데 주차는 유료 발레 파킹, 매번 일 있어서 나갈때 마다 지불해야함

과일 깎을 과도가 필요하다고 했더니 로비 레스토랑 가서 직접 깎아달라고 하라네요..

먼곳에서 지인분이 오셔서 이태원에서 묶었습니다. 아보카도를 가져와서 과도를 달라고 프론트에 전화 했습니다. 직원은 일단 알아본다고 그냥 가버리더군요 그러더니 전화가 와서 1층 레스토랑 와서 직접 깎아 달라고 하는거에요. 황당 그자체였습니다. 옷은 다 갈아 입은 상태였는데 로비에 그 많은 사람들이 돌아가는 곳을 실내복을 입고 가서 직접 가서 깎아서 먹으라는 그 프론트 오피스 여성분은 서비스 트레이닝은 받은 직원인지 의심이 갔습니다. 두번째로 리모콘 작동이 어려웠습니다. 전파가 문젠지 아니면 테레비가 문젠지..아니면 리모콘이 오래되서 안되는것 같아서 리셉션에 전화를 했습니다. 결국 시설팀 직원이라는 분이 오셔서 보시더니 리모콘만 다른걸 교체해 주시더군요. 역시 그것도 잘 안되지만 그냥 참았습니다. 근데 한마디 하시더군요. 오늘은 혼자 일하는 날이라 빠르게 안된다고.. 이것도 호텔 투숙객이 이해해줘야 하는건가요? 세번째 입니다. 왠만 하면 참고 그방에 숙박 하려 했습니다. 근데 샤워를 하는 도중에 샤워기가 고장이 났습니다. 샴푸는 다 했고. 정말 엉망이었습니다. 더 이상 참을 수가 없어서 방을 바꿨습니다. 더 이상 이곳은 이용 안할 것 같습니다.

Not a great hotel

Room wasn't cleaned very well (we found leaves that were tracked in before us, sheets had stains, there was dust on things) and it definitely needed a new carpet and coat of paint on the walls. Staff were ok, but we were rather unimpressed with service overall.

Great lobby but all white rooms need a paint job

Extremely well located in the hip itaewon neighborhood of seoul, the lobby of this hotel is spectacular with design and modern art. Good breakfast at the beautiful restaurant. Very comfortable all white rooms with spectacular lighted glass bathroooms. Reasonnably priced. The all white rooms need paint refreshment. Tons of restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep.
