Great location, five star value for money, spacious, comfortable, quiet rooms. A concierge would be a great improvement, lobby unremarkable.

The best part is the airport shuttle drops off right in front of hotel. Front desk staff was cordial but not super friendly or helpful, however the cleaning staff was very friendly. The rooms are older and could probably use updating. Several outlets did not work and our room safe was broken. A/C was not very cold so we opened windows which made it very loud to sleep, as there was loud street noise and traffic sounds, not to mention political protests right out front of hotel. We will probably try another hotel next time.

Staffs are really nice and accommodating. The room was hot as the air conditioning is centralized but the staffs sent a fan right away upon requesting. Might stay again if given the chance to visit Seoul in the future.

They didn't do brunch room service even though the room information card said that they did. But the hotel was really central to the Metro and the bus service direct to Incheon.

This property was in a great location…however if you are a morning person this place has very little options for breakfast since it’s in the financial district and nothing is open until at least 9 am. The only thing we didn’t like about the rooms is that it was really hot in the rooms with very little ventilation. The staff here was great and very helpful!

Dear guest, this is Hotel Koreana. Thank you for using our hotel Koreana. If you need breakfast, you can have a single meal at the hotel's breakfast buffet or crew. Meanwhile, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the room. I am sorry, but for safety reasons, the windows cannot be fully opened, so we open them for ventilation, and we ask for your understanding that it is impossible to control the temperature of each room because it is a central cooling and heating system. Please note that fans can be rented free of charge only for inventory. If you use the hotel next time, I hope we can come back with a better appearance. Thank you for your review.

The hotel was close to many restaurants and shops. The location was very good. There is a shuttle bus from/to ICN airport for a nominal fee: fyi, this is incredibly convenient. There are a few high quality restaurants nearby that are ran by former Michelin 3 Star chefs. Those restaurants are definitely worth your visits when staying at the hotel. We stayed in the Premium King room. The room was renovated, clean and quiet. Free WiFi was good. A Nespresso machine, which is an upgrade from Keurig. Proper glasswares, robes and sandals. Bedding was bright white and good quality. The hotel front desk agents were helpful. Housekeeping ladies welcomed us as we passed by. All employees we saw at the hotel displayed commendable level of hospitality and service. The service level is definitely on par with the Marriotts and the Hiltons. While I can’t say for the basic room types, but I would stay at the Premium room again next time 5/5.

Very convenient for a short trip with the family. Room was sufficient. Perhaps hotel can consider a larger fixed room safe box, instead of a small and portable one which feels less secure.

Really enjoyed staying here! Rooms are a little outdated but that didn’t bother me at all since everything was well maintained and clean. Location was great, we were near bus stops and subway station so it was easy to get around. We went with our two kids (3y and a baby) so we booked the room with the bunkbeds. This was a lot of fun for the 3 year old since they had toys in the room as well. They also provided a crib for the baby. Overall very happy with the stay (especially at this price point) and would definitely stay again!

Koreana Hotel location was great. However, hotel is quite dated and tired compared to others we’ve seen. It only has two washers and dryers that were not enough to service hundreds of rooms. The laundry was always occupied that made it inconvenient. It also did not have enough seats in the lobby so it was a little inconvenient for older guests.

It was my first stay at this hotel which my travel consultant had recommended many times over the years. It exceeded my expectations. The only negative comment that I have is inability to control the room temperature locally. The temperature was generally too high for me, so I had to keep the windows open most of the times.

It's an old hotel that needs to be renovated. The location is just good. 1. The water in the bathroom didn't drain, so I came out while taking a bath. 2. The toilet seat was broken and it was eventually fixed the next day. 3. The carpet is very old and dirty. 4. The smell of cheap air freshener always fills the hallways and rooms. It seems like a budget hotel for group travelers. This is a hotel that I would never recommend to a friend.

Excellent high quality place! Would recommend, especially if you can find a good deal as it is on the slightly expensive side for Korea. Helpful staff that are friendly to foreigners (most speak some degree of english at the front desk).

Great stay in a great location!
We stayed a week with our kids and it was great! The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. It was also in a great location for sites, food and transit!

The staff was nice. The room we got the A/C didn’t work so they gave us a new one without any problems. Walking distance to all the touristy areas.

A really nice hotel experience! Lovely rooms, beds and bathrooms. I know the building is older but they have done a nice job keeping it renovated while keeping it’s charm. Staff was helpful and friendly. Housekeeping came consistently everyday and did a nice job cleaning as well as changing sheets frequently. Lots of food options nearby as well as museums and tourist spots. Safe location and easy to find if you get lost since it’s near city hall. I also loved the Incheon airport bus stops in front of the hotel for easy transportation! I wish I could stay longer

Overall is good. Clean room and good accessibility to tourist attraction. Safety box is unusable. Didn’t get any information about wi-fi from hotel staffs.

Excellent location and a very nice hotel
Excellent location. Easy walk to the the subway, bus station , Seoul city River Walk and Deoksugung Palace. Would highly recommend it, especially if traveling with kids.
