Pacific hotel is in a fantasic location within Seoul. Situated right across from Myeongdong's busy shopping street and a minute walk away from the train station, this hotel is in a prime location for anyone looking to stay within a fantasic area of Seoul. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whenever we required assistance from them. They were very prompt in resolving any issues we were facing. I'd highly recommend this hotel due to it's location as it was so easy to get around Seoul from here.

Apart from location, closer to transportation, cleanliness, room size, view from the room, facilities etc etc if i have tell one most important thing, it was super friendly and helpful staff. They have been awesome in everywhich way.

Housekeeping is great. Tidy and cleaned everyday. Amenities are in very good/new condition Rooms look like its been renovated as well very new. Staff Omar has been very pleasant and helpful. Speaks good english and korean. This lady on duty on 22nd feb. Was outright unprofessional. Believe to be a korean. Kept staring at her computer when there are no guests. When asked by omar if what help we needed. She told Omar "i dont know" She cant even communicate to guests saying "please wait a moment" so we concluded she cant/no courage to speak english That 1 Black sheep

It’s a trip to celebrate my Daughter’s birthday thus requested for high floor and hotel informed will give complementary cake to birthday girl. However none of this happened. Was give 3rd floor room and nothing was given to birthday girl. Was told there will be complementary laundry services. However upon check out, counter staff asked for payment. After checking the counter staff then say “ok ok” while looking at his comp screen. No apology no nothing. The hotel is dated, furniture are very old. The only reason why we chooses this hotel is because of its location. Surrounded by many restaurants, convenience stores. However do note the convenience stores are not 24hr, the Mac Donald’s nearby closed at 10pm too. The big daiso near the hotel is closed down.

Good location hotel
Requested for high floor due to my Daughter’s birthday on 21st Dec but was given 3rd floor which is the lowest floor. Booked this hotel many months ago and made the request but was not met. Was pleased with the laundry services. Efficient and ease of use. Location is good. Room is dated and smaller than expected. We are staying in family room.

The floor space was actually too small for us to comfortably open both our suitcases at the same time but I don’t like to place a suitcase on the bed. Trying to get help getting a text with our massive luggage at checkout was fruitless. There was no one at the front desk to assist us and we had to make it work with our luggage on the subway which was less convenient than a taxi and only slightly more convenient than a bus.

The staff here was very helpful and while a little older the rooms were comfortable. My bed was soft and I was glad they had several USB outlets.
