The room was large and very clean with alot of facilities. Toiletries etc. There were lots of eating places around and convenience stores. Easy acces to lotte world etc

The hotel was very awesome. Alot of dining options are walkable and alot of places to hang out and play at Only complaint is the bathtub when you use the jacuzzi. When you use it, it sprays a little bit of debris.

I was sous vide
The room was big and spacious. However, the biggest downfall for our stay was the broken climate control within the room. The boiler/heater was broken and locked at an uncomfortable 26 degrees. As stated in the amenities and available within the room is an airconditioning unit. However, we were not provided with the remote upon checking in and was told over the course of our stay that the system was broken and they could not fix either of the temperature control units.

The Pharos hotel is ideally placed for dining and readily accessible for the great public transport system available. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was cleaned to a high standard everyday. I would recommend the Pharos and would definitely stay there on my next visit.

Very comfortable
Room was very spacious and comfortable! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Other reviews mentioned that the shower was open and got water all over the bathroom floor. I did not have this problem because the bathroom was set up in such a way that the toilet door could double as a shower door. The water did get on the floor because the shower was not in the tub, but there was no more water on the floor than any other shower stall I've used. No complaints :) This area was a bit noisy, but I still had no trouble falling asleep even though I'm often sensitive to noise. If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend bringing earplugs.

Although we had a cleanliness issue at our room, hotel was very quick to resolve the problem on the probable oversight. Hotel is very nice and beds were very comfortable. Robes and slippers provided including safe box. I’d stay here again.

Nice and clean room.
The room, washroom, and bedding were very clean. However, the bathtub with a shower head didn't have a shower curtain and water was pooled on the bathroom floor.The bed had a plastic liner under the bedsheet which made me sweat and made me wake up several times during my sleep. Laying out a big towel on top of the sheet helped. I had a nice stay overall. This hotel is very close to a subway station.

Overall the room was well. Mainly small details like some wall paper peeling off the wall, could use a little better mold cleaning in shower and cleaning of coffee mugs stains on counter. Because of Covid-19, as expected, some amenities like the terrace and eating facilities were closed.

The front desk staff were amazing. Sadly, the hot tub wasnt working nor were the jets in the pool. Having a bad back i was really looking forward to this. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of water to drink.

Nice sized hotel for Korea. The sheets had a few hairs on them but housekeeping came and replaced immediately. Great location and huge bathroom.

The most comfortable stay
Overall stay was excellent and the location of the hotel is very convenient near to subway line number 2 also connecting with many sightseeing places and very easy to connect with other subway lines , as well as near to the famous shopping malls, around the hotel many korean and western restaurants that will always feels you home. The room are very clean and big among other hotels i have stayed in along my stay in Korea for 4 years pharos hotel is the most convenient place i have ever stayed in Korea.
