Horrible service and staff attitude

The moment you reach the hotel, the valet parking staff and door man are very rude and unprofessional. When you approach the hotel in vehicle, the staff don't care at all if you are checking in at the hotel - they pay more attention to the cafe/restaurant guests who approach in fancy cars. Bell man are not even in place when you are checking in or out with your luggage, and most of them don't bother to help you carrying heavy things when you walk through the lobby. Staff in general are rather cocky and indifferent to the guests, and don't reflect at all the "Serve" mentality of Koreans. The first impression (welcoming) you receive at the hotel is very disappointing, and overall staff service quality is definitely not up to the standard compared to other 5-star hotels in Seoul (eg: Ritz, Lotte etc.).
If it wasn't for the outdoor swimming pool, I would not come to this hotel.
