After speaking with Expedia about a late check out, we arrived to be told we had to pay for another day after it had been pre arranged when the booking had been made through Expedia. Next time I will book it myself

Horrible horible place
This place is awful - it was dirty and awful. Nothing like the photos.we paid extra for breakfast which was disgusting. The staff were OK but the place was terrible. 0 stars- I want a refund!

The property is close to SIC which is very convenient, the hotel restaurant prices were very expensive so we ate at local restaurants

The hotel is perfectly good for a night catering to a layover, although their website needs to contain way more information relating to their airport shuttle service for arrivals. It worked fine the other way. Also, we booked a room for five, and then had to pay extra to place an additional mattress in the room. Again, this was not clearly explained at booking.

the aircon was down but they didn't fixed the problem and stay one night without aircon but only cheating us to repair he just modifit the aircon window and nothing else. really very bad memory in this hotel

Hotel isn’t in a great area but it’s decent enough. Surprisingly nice compared to its surroundings. I went on MotoGP weekend and the room pricing was fair but the food and beer prices were high. Found a kfc around the corner which was awesome. RM11 for a burger chips and drink compared to RM42 for breakfast in the hotel ! Shower was terrible in my first room - no cold water! Second room had an awesome shower. Strong pressure and enough hot and cold water.

I got off a flight late and I needed to stay close to the airport for a connecting flight the next day. That was why I checked in this hotel, which was close to the airport. The check in process was quick and easy. The hotel's amenities were very limited, the hotel can definitely use a renovation. There were a few local restaurants and a KFC close by. The shuttle bus to the airport was cheap and the way to go back to the airport.

Right price point for the type of hotel
The hotel is quite old. Towels are greyish / yellowish. Provide the necessary for one night stay over - hairdryer, toiletry (no slippers). I think this is a relatively better one near the area nonetheless. Maybe try those newer ones if old is an issue for you.

Latest LCD TV would be nice. I couldn't get a room with a queen bed because the hotel was fully 'booked' The staff was super friendly and said that room service/maintenance could join the two single beds togather but that didn't happen. Why would you say something that you wouldn't do? No remote to tune down the air condition...

Nice budget hotel
Overall a good experience. Their shuttle service to and from airport is a bit of joke and runs every 1.5 hours. Given it’s sort of a transit hotel, they should be catering to a better transportation frequency.
