"Great location, check in was a breeze, great service and staff. No issues - except the rooms are dated and need modernising, but for the price you can’t complain much."

"Missed a connecting flight in KL so booked this hotel last minute. On check in, the staff weren’t overly enthusiastic, but gave me the information I needed and everything went smoothly.
The hallways/lobby etc. are quite dingy and don’t seem clean. My room had tons of tiny bugs all over it, and I also saw a number of those bugs in the hallways.
The toilet in my room flushed one time, after that it wouldn’t work to flush again. I stayed for two nights, and on my second day, my key card stopped working. I brought it to the front desk and it just needed to be reprogrammed, but not sure why that happened.
The hotel does have a laundry room which was convenient, and it was a cheap price for such short notice. It was also close to the airport which was good.
Overall though, the dirty feeling, the bugs, and the toilet breaking make me unlikely to stay at this hotel again."
