The manager, Michelle wasn't very friendly overall, in the afternoon when we came back to enter our cabin, nobody was there, we had to call an intercomunicator to ask about our key, password fot the wifi. They have an office and there is never someone there. We also think they have at least a bottle or 2 of water..

We had a very enjoyable stay. The keys were waiting for us at the front desk and we loved the renovated spacious cabin and front porch. We had a beautiful view of the river. I guess only negative thing is it was right next to main street.

Property was nice michelle was attentive only downside was room was very outdated tile floor was moving and sharp shower is very small and water pressure wasnt the best honestly if you can stay at there better cabins we stayed in the economy cabin which for 165 a night we expected more at the very minimum a motel experience

The cabin was dirty! The entire place smelled like potent incense. The blanket smelled and the floor was dirty. The curtains had stains and barely covered the windows. The twin beds were old worn out unsturdy pull outs. We had to leave the windows open all night to be able to breathe. We checked in late at night and would have not stayed there if we had other options. It’s too bad, the location is prime! Quiet and within walking distance to coffee shops and dinning.

The person who helped us was very friendly but the property itself is not what they sell you online the address is not the one they show online they need to improve all the common areas it is very bad

Management was wonderful very dog friendly , room was super cute in a mountain country way that I love . Waking up to the view of the river was great. We stayed in cabin 4 and it was small but cozy and perfect for the two of us and our two dogs.

The cabin was not as appeared. Total waste of money. Everyone had to cramp into one room due to no heat and one working small heater. My disabled mother was freezing and got a cold after the trip. The hotel said they had no blankets. There was no working WiFi so unable to watch tv or make calls to management without service. The fire alarms were disconnected and exposed outlets. There were many hazards. FYI the twin beds are in an attic and u climb a ladder that is not safe. Definitely was not able to use the twin beds.

Right on Kaweah River. Managers were onsite, made sure the internet was working. Cable TV worked great. Coffee in room. Plenty of towels. Well kept room, wonderful linens.

I like the place really peaceful, quiet. The only things very small place for 3 or 4 people. Little pricey. Other than that everything beautiful, i like nature, the river very close i like those things. Makes me relaxed. 😊

Good given the location
The place is nicely located near the entrance of the park. The employee I dealt with was very friendly and professional. The cabin overlooks the river and it was very peaceful. The cabin was clean and good enough for three nights, however I think it really needs some cleaning up. Furnitures are old and our fridge did not work.It was too cold so some of our food needed to be discarded as it was completely burnt due to severe cold. Since the place is verry near the park, you will pay for that convenience. Not the best, but ok for a couple of nights.

Gave poor review ratings because toilet didn't flush. Went and found the maintenance folks who fixed it for a one-time flush but rest of time didn't work. Have no way to call anyone. Also, directions to the property take you to a wrong location. Not easy at all to navigate check-in process via Expedia reservation with much needed directions and instructions for an evening arrival.

Plan as if you will be sleeping in the dirt
This place WAS NOT CLEAN. Hair and stains on the sheets, dirt ring in the shower, unknowable filth in the fridge. I question if they do anything more than make the bed (without changing the sheets) between tenants. It's conveniently located to the park and right next to the river. If it was clean it would have been serviceable. I would not stay here again If you need to stay here for some reason, being your own travel sheet with attached pillow cover, Lysol, bleach wipes and flip flops (you won't want to walk on these floors barefoot).

It was dirty under the beds and the stairs full of cobwebs I had to sweep under the beds and the stairs. There was no Wi-Fi in our cabin. The location was excellent. Beautiful river and a connection with nature. Easy to get to Sequoia National Park. The check-in and check-out were fast and good.

Great Cabin Getaway
This is an amazing place. Came up here to celebrate my partners bday and be around nature. We had some skepticism from some of the negative reviews but they were all wrong. The cabins are clean and the riverfront makes it the best getaway. The check in was pretty easy and the people on property were helpful. We are definitely coming back later in the year. Also don’t worry about food there is a market less than 5mins down the road and a nice pizza spot.
