The blankets and comforters had holes, no paper towels in bathroom, need to keep asking for breakfast as it was empty and no one to look at it. The trash was full all the time

Front desk staff is off-putting and creepy. The facilities are dirty. The dead-bolt on my door looked as if someone had tried to force their way through from outside. Bathroom sink was too low to comfortably use as an able-bodied person of any moderate height. The remote control wouldn’t change channels. Only volume and off/on buttons worked.
I’ve stayed in my fair share of hotels/motels and never felt this unsafe or poorly looked after. I would avoid coming here. Not worth even the “cheap” price (over $100 for one night).

This place is a hidden gem. It’s in a nice quiet area. Pricing was phenomenal. The room was really clean and there’s zero critters lol. If you know you know, cheap rooms are exactly that.. cheap lol. Julian was very friendly and nice to chat with. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

We had to leave after only 1 night. We found several bed bugs in the room and finally got switched to another room after showing the front desk the bug! They were nice enough to refund our money for the second night so we could stay somewhere else. Rooms do not look like they do online, very misleading photos and disappointment in how it looked. Dirty bedding and very outdated. We will not stay here again

Staff was super friendly and helpfull. The property appears to be derlicted by a maintence crew. Wall sockets in some places are painted over. The door to my room required a significant shove to latch shut. I accidently left my room with the door ajar because of this for the first day of my stay. The shower/bath has holes in it. And finally the toilet paper is comparable to 300 grit sandpaper. My tush was bleeding after this two night stay.

No vending machines and breakfast was disappointing. The smell in the hallway and room smelt like old shoes or mold.
I would not stay there again.

I have used this property for several years, and never been charged for a pet. Suddenly, there is a $30 pet fee. Clerk said they always had it. If they charge you a pet fee, ask to see their policy

Our pet policy has indeed been in place for quite some time, but we acknowledge that it may not have been clearly communicated to you in the past. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
When I checked in I was told I booked a smoking room and if I wanted a nonsmoking room it was more than my original booking. I was not paying more so we just took the room.
Upon walking in it smelt like an ashtray and it was hard to breath the air. I have been in smoking rooms before and there is a hint of smoke in the air. Not this one, it was as if the smokers were in the room smoking in our faces. We left to go do our event and left window open to return to the room still being bad.
The entire room was filthy. Everything in the room was soiled. Nothing was wiped down. Luckily we had disinfectant wipes that we used.
When I checked my reservation to see when check out was I had seen that I did in fact reserve a nonsmoking room. So I was lied to so they can upcharge me for a different room. Not cool.
I would never stay here again! You should pay the extra and go to one of the other hotels.
