“The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. ”

“I don't think the pictures do this hotel justice. I think it is better than the pictures. Everything is perfect from the room, the breakfast, the location, the amenities, the pool, and all the greeneries within the complex. Don't forget to check the pet turtles and pet rabbits! I missed the balinese theatre dinner unfortunately so if possible, do stay in this hotel on Mon, Wed, or Fri and book a dinner and show session.”

“Disappointing stay. Not the 5-star experience we expected. Check-in is 3pm, but our room wasn’t ready until after 3:30pm. I spoke to another guest who told me their room wasn’t ready until after 5pm. The hotel was significantly understaffed and struggled to cope when operating at full capacity. I booked a room advertised having a ‘City View’, however the view consisted of the roof of the hotel lobby atrium and a hotel wall. I don’t believe this reasonably matches the description of a city……

“很方便，很有巴里島風格的飯店，環境很好，唯一缺點是訂房時註明2張床，到了房間卻是一張不那麼大的雙人床，花了一些時間換房間。房間裡有各種蟲類，包括蟑螂、螞蟻、小蜈蚣、小飛蚊等。可以理解有這些昆蟲，因為是很多樹木環繞的平房。如果害怕這些的可能不適合入住”

“Great for couples to enjoy a relaxing few days! The suite, staff, food and facilities (including the spa and massages) were perfect. In-room services also include a bartender and floral bath, which can be arranged upon request. All the staff both throughout the hotel, the club and the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. The noise at the club also does not reach the hotel, and either way, the soundproof windows work well. ”
