“Wir haben dieses Hotel nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in Folge besucht und waren erneut sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiter, die zu jeder Zeit freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit waren. Man fühlt sich als Gast jederzeit willkommen und gut betreut. “It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure.”

“Prachtig en zeer goed hotel waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen. Het begint al bij aankomst. Je word zeer vriendelijk verwelkomt en mag eerst gaan zitten om een drankje te drinken. “Very overpriced for what you get, food is average and no choice but one restaurant with average quality food. Alcohol not included in stay. You have to pay for all food and water inside park otherwise you waste your time walking back and forth to hotel. Other all inclusive deals are much better with Lots of variety. “All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so……
