“Our check in was horrible. We booked the executive room a month before but when we got to the place we were told that the executive rooms are fully booked we will have to settle for standard room. Firstly, we booked executive room because of a reason, now we had to settle for a small bed horrible shower and not to mention that the standard room was not that clean. “Das Hotel sah aus, als sei es geschlossen - keine Menschen, ungepflegt, dunkel. Überhaupt nicht einladend! Die Rezeptionistin fand meine Reservation nicht und fing an, herum zu telefonieren. Dann zeigte sie mir das Zimmer, auch der Pool war völlig ungepflegt. Sie sagte, es würden Renovationsarbeiten durchgeführt. Auch war das Restaurant geschlossen und das WiFi funktionierte nicht. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass keine anderen Gäste anwesend seien. Eine Übernachtung hier ist nicht zumutbar!!! ICH……

“We arrived at a closed reception and were the only people in the camp. A young girl came walking up and showed us our tent. The tent, bedding etc. were clean, with a small flash light as the only means of light. The ablution had no water, and the toilets had no seats.
