All in all very good, especially the rooftop pool and sea view. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. May not be the best option for solo travellers.
Stunning restoration of old manor house with a beautiful central courtyard. Suite was luxurious, with bedroom on mezzanine floor. Breakfast was a relaxed buffet with hot and cold food. It's a shame that the hotel does not provide other meals as it would make a stunning setting for evening meals.
This is a great location - very quiet, even in August. Staying in the annex is (I think) the best option - it's very quiet there, and breakfast is served next to your room. Also at the annex, there is a really pretty small pool and only 18 rooms using it, so there is no competition for sunbeds and ...
Lots of staff, varied eating places within hotel. Lovely flowers and furnishings everywhere. Staff attentive and helpful. Food very good with sensible portions and well cooked and presented,
Lovely location with beautiful surroundings. Attention from staff was outstanding, and a wide range of facilities are provided as part of the hotel. One to certainly visit again!
Quiet and cosy. Excellent decor in rooms. Next door to local pubs and restaurants. Its not a turisty place so many options to know the local culture. Recomend it.
We spent six days here and loved it. Xisco was the perfect host - we were able to use his kitchen to make tea and help ourselves to bottled water or other drinks. He served us with interesting and different breakfasts every day and on the last evening we had a very good three-course dinner there ...
Good points: very cosy hotel with indeed very frinedly stuff. Magnificant vue over the hills and you fill yourself in the very nature. Nice bathroom. So-so points: quite far-away from the sea (30 min by car). Double room had 2 beds put together and not queen/king size bad so there was a big gap between ...
A very relaxing place to stay or the base for an adventure. Put your feet up and chill around the pool or take one of the many local walks. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place we would return to.
We stayed for 5 nights in this picturesque hotel. Had a wonderful time. Probably 5 is too many nights as there is not much to do in the area. We did go to the village for two evenings as the food at the hotel was getting repetitive (and expensive!). We were surprised with the number of families with ...
If you are seeking a memorable holiday in a luxurious hotel that is relaxed and hospitable, set against an idyllic backdrop of breathtaking mountains; then look no further. The infinity pool area is kept meticulously clean and inviting. The resturant staff are highly attentive but not intruding and ...
we had a lovely 3 night stay at the hotel. Alex and Susan are the perfect hosts so friendly and helpful with suggestions for walks and restaurants. Lovely breakfast Thank-you !
We stayed at the hotel for 9 days. Overall it was a nice, relaxing stay but also with one or two quibbles. We found the staff very helpful, unintrusive and eager to please, however the hotel was understaffed for this time of the year, resulting in our laundry only half done. The menu for lunch and ...
