Very nice hotel and staff. It was a bit hard to find so that’s why I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars. It’s on the 5th floor btw. Also the bathroom smelled like sewage a few times coming from the drain, but it cleared on its own. Great location also!

Room was very clean and the service in the room was excellent - any request made was dealt with immediately. The lifts were also very good - I did not have to wait on any occasion for a lift to arrive.
The hotel itself was very pretty and in a very convenient location

The staff was amazing. They were friendly and very helpful. Everyone from the front desk, to the servers to the housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was work the money, there was a variety of options and everything was fresh. The rooms were clean… I will stay again if I am ever in Madrid ...
