Nice hotel

This was our first stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. There is ample parking, the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is helpful. The breakfast was good. There is a gas station next door and lots of places to eat. I would stay here again..

Nice, clean hotel close to the attractions.

Nice, clean hotel. Free breakfast. Good Location to the Smokies, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Just a short drive 10-20 minutes from most attractions.

Clean rooms, good fitness facility, good breakfast

I stayed two days and would go again. The coffee maker in the room worked well, shower was good, quiet room at night, good location

I'm not sure how this has a 4.3 rating - not the quality of the Hampton Inn's we have stayed in

I had never stayed at this Hampton and the desk clerk didn't bother to explain how to use the key, it was one you slide, it was one you just pass in front of a round black button on the outside, had to walk all the way around the building back to the lobby to get instructions. The desk clerk was not very helpful. The bed was so uncomfortable we didn't sleep.

Great place to stay & be close to it all

Pros: The beds are fabulous! The shower is wonderful. The continental breakfast was great every morning and saved us a lot of time.
Cons: Better air conditioning in the rooms. And make the fan in the bathroom operate on a separate switch. It was a bit loud.
Location: There is a Kroger across the street for groceries. Restaurants are everywhere. Minutes from Pigeon Forge and all kinds of attractions.
The hotel was easy to find. Everything was clean and in order. We had no trouble with anything during the trip. The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was that it was close to the road and there was a lot of road noise that could be heard when you are trying to sleep. The hotel parking lot is connected to a shopping center that has a stoplight to get back out onto the main road, so that was very helpful with the getting in and out through the traffic.

Nice hotel just outside of Pigeon Forge.

Pros: I stay here because of the price and it is very clean.
Cons: The rooms have been renovated which is great however you took the dresser out of the room so there for there is no where to put your clothes.
Location: This hotel is just a few minutes from pigeon forge and there is plenty to do there as far as shopping seeing shows and going out to eat.
We have stayed at this hotel several times and have found the place very clean and the staff very friendly.
