For us, the little touches go a long way, and this host nailed it. From the provided charging cables for our phones to the towels folded like romantic doves, it was just lovely. The best was the treats, toys and bowls for our pup, and the little personal welcome from Riley, the host’s pup. The location is convenient, but still private. The bed is comfy. It was also close enough to 441 to be convenient to all the attractions but far enough to feel truly like you were on the side of a mountain far away from civilization. The hot tub area was beautiful and was very enjoyable. The only thing that I would add is if you have someone elderly or somewhat with limited mobility it could be difficult to get out of a vehicle due to the slope of the driveway. The cleaning crew could have done way better, spider web city on the back porch, around grill and chairs, down stairs bed is not comfortable, it’s worn in a lot, semi quiet neighborhood, don’t go on 4th of July if you don’t want to hear fireworks until 3 in the morning! ##### Rose B. Even though it is so close to urban areas that have everything you could need; you still feel like you are in the wilderness. The only thing I would want to make others aware of is that the roadway & parking are steep & tricky. Other than that, I feel like you will enjoy your stay! I wanted a private, romantic get away with a hot tube under the stars. We arrived and things were broken, out of order. We advised the property manager who sent someone over to look into it, although we had told them it wasn't necessary, they could wait until we left. However, then we found the hot tube water was a yellowish green, when telling the property manager of the problem and knowing this was a main factor of our booking, he said we had done something wrong. We assured them we did not, we followed the rules, to recieve a comment of you can leave and we will refund your money. The refund was of course appreciated. But we spent one day of our trip dealing with the problems, left that afternoon and had to find an alternative location-- which thankfully I was able to do and it was clean and perfect... except I found I had an infection due to the water problem in the the hot tube. ##### Kristy R. The cabin was everything we needed for our spring break with my family. It was clean spacious and lovely deck out back to sit and enjoy nature. Hot tub was awesome .
