Pros: The staff was exceptional.
Cons: The breakfast/brunch price was a bit steep
Location: Old town
A cab ride from the railroad station but accessible to old town Seville which is well worth exploring.. If you use Eurail, Seville is a take-off point to Grenada and Alhambra which, along with Barcelona, are our favorite places in Spain.

Pros: Rooms Staff Room Service
Cons: Nothing
We had a booked a junior suite since we had 2 adults and 1 child in our group. Everything about this hotel was great. The location was not in city center of Seville, but it was a short 5km taxi ride to the city center which will cost you around 7 euros per way which we did not mind paying. When we checked into our first room, the room was not getting cold as the balcony door was not shutting properly. However, since they did not have another junior suite available for the first night as all other suites were booked, they gave us another room free of charge for the first night and also told us to keep the junior suite room with all our suitcases until they provide us another suite the next day. The staff were extremely helpful and always willing to work with you and was very understanding. They also suggested many restaurants and sight seeing attractions which were great. The second room we got was perfect. Lots of room since there was a separate living area as well along with two washrooms. The room service was perfect. When we called for something, 1 min. later, it was delivered. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone. We could not take advantage of the rooftop pool as the weather was extremely hot (over 38 degrees) but it looked fabulous. Make sure you go try Kaede (Japanese restaurant) in city center. Great food, especially the fried rice and teriyaki chicken.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and the food was good.
Cons: May be an international TV channel could help in the rooms as all channels are in Spanish.
Location: A tour bus in the centre of Sevilla is a good idea to see all places.
Our experience at the hotel was very good. We liked the hotel because it was very clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and well presented. The hotel is comfortable and relaxing. On the whole our stay was enjoyable we will come again for sure.

Pros: Staff
Cons: Too much heating
Location: The hotel is very modern in the interior, but the building on the outside is of typical traditional architecture. About 20 min walk from the Centre.
The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant going out of their way to help and were very efficient. It more than made up for the minor discomfort that we experienced with our room being to warm. Enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Jacuzzi bath
Cons: Impersonal, cell like room
Location: If you're on a weekend Seville break, I would get a hotel in the centre or nearer to the centre.
When we booked the hotel it wasn't made clear that parking would be charged at £16 per night. There weren't any outdoor relaxing areas. Our room was on the ground floor (smoking room) and backed onto a courtyard (that couldn't be accessed) and was very dark. You couldn't see whether it was sunny unless you stuck your head out of the window and looked over to the right. It felt a bit like a cell although the furnishings were excellent with a jacuzzi bath etc. However the walls were thin and you could hear talking quite clearly from adjoining rooms. Overall the hotel was well furnished but it felt impersonal and much more suited to business travellers. Breakfast was expensive based on the food on offer - cooked breakfast consisted of 1 egg (fried or soft boiled - wouldn't do poached) and a few strips of bacon. The waitress was rushed off her feet and we had to wait ages for coffee re-fills (they would have been better providing a coffee pot on each table). It's positioned just on the outskirts, a cab will cost approx 6 euros (note - most of the taxi drivers didn't know where it was!) but you can walk into the centre in approx 20/30 mins. If you're on a business trip this hotel would suit but I wouldn't recommend it to a tourist.

Excellent hotel

The hotel was great overall: clean, modern and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. We were allowed to keep our room on checkout day until 6pm with no extra charge which was a help. The pool and terrace on the roof were lovely and an added bonus, and the fact that the hotel was quiet meant we had it all to ourselves. Only minor criticisms were the gym, which had very limited equipment, and the restaurant, which while the food was lovely, was quite expensive and the menu was not available in English. (although the waiter did a good job of translating most of it!) The price for the car park was also a bit steep! The walk to the city centre is probably too far for unfit, very young or elderly people, but taxis were cheap and easy to get. Overall, highly recommended.

The AC chain provide a real breath of fresh air for travelers in Spain. There are no sinlge beds pushed together in sight and no wicker furniture nor flowery patterns. In other words you actually feel like you are staying in a hotel that has been decorated recently rather than twenty years ago. Comfortable beds with outstanding linen, plump pillows, superb water pressure and a silent yet effective air conditioning unit made for a very enjoyable stay. The free mini bar is the icing on the cake along with the lovely sun terrace and plunge pool. I think it is perfectly situated providing you with a fantastic walk through one of the most beautiful parks in Spain to the center of town. Finally don't bother with the breakfast as it is expensive compared to a plate of hot churros with hot chocolate for a third of the price and nowhere near as enjoyable in my opinion.
