We were very disappointed with this hotel. The following is an abbreviated version of complaints
Room (210) was small and air conditioning was inadequate. Bathroom itself was excellent but there was a smell of sewerage constantly evident.
Swimming pool facilities were bad. No changing facilities available, only access was via a long walk around the hotel via the car park, zero facilities in the pool area - two sets table/chairs mostly in bad condition, two sun loungers. Food and drink banned so obviously no bar or café.
Restaurant/bar opening hours were extremely limited 12 - 3pm and 8 -11 pm. It didn't help that room service was the same times!! Having arrived at approx. 3pm we had to get a taxi into Seville for an evening meal at a round trip cost of approximately 40 pounds.
Breakfast started at 7 am. We arrived at 7.05. as we needed to leave at 8.00 am for the airport The location had been changed to a conference room because of the arrival of three large parties and there was no space for us, all seating was occupied already. Our request to eat in the bar/ lounge are was denied,so no breakfast.. At least they had the courtesy to refund the cost.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
