We would like to thank you share with us your experience at our hotel. On the other hand, we are pleased that overall your stay with us has been quite positive, and both the location and the room and staff lived up to their expectations. Also of course, we take note of any deficiencies that may have, but but we would like to remind you requested four English teas even when our open coffee shop and which are not tes complimentary course and had a cost and still the offered free of charge making an exception for you and your friends, so we believe or think that leads you right to mention this.
