Pleasant service, reliable care. Few interactions with staff yet all were good. Room was neat and tidy, clean, well set up in layout and amenities. Kitchen had some implements yet no cleaning materials like scouring pads or dish soap which was raised by other reviewers and is of concern. No cook top hood so no serious cooking possible, just reheating. The kitchen met with our needs. The property is very close to Seville attractions for tourists, short walking distance across the bridge. Lots of closer services and shopping too. Laundry mat 10 minutes walk away. A reasonable price and value. I would stay again.

The room was very clean! It would of been nice to have some hand lotion in the bathroom my hands were dry & had to go through my luggages to find my lotion.

The room was not clean. The hall to our room was so poorly lit that it was difficult to find the key hole, night or day. The A/C failed. The "concierge" was borderline surly. Was drawn by the low rate. Will not make that mistake again.

Okay hotel walking distance to town
Older hotel that needs to be updated, but it was adequate and clean. Parking was only €12 a night. You can walk to town. A market is close by. Wifi was hit and miss.

Good stay
The hotel was very central, one block from the main street and plaza de cuba metro station. There is a well stocked supermarket right next door, which was very helpful.

Good solid apartment style hotel in great neighbor
Excellent value. This is not a 5-star hotel, but neither is the pricing. It was a great place to start at a great price. Huge room, clean, comfortable, small kitchen, everything needed. It's conveniently located in a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shopping, etc., and a very short walk from the hotel to the river, Plaza de Cuba (including metro stop) and Calle Betis. My only complaint is that they don't wash the few dishes provided and do not have dish washing soap available, so I wonder whether prior dish users actually washed the dishes in the cupboard.

The hotel was clean but very old. The location as great and it was just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Cuba which was perfectly located for my trip. If you walk another 10 minutes over the bridge you're right by the city center as well.

We were on a tight budget. This was a very clean hotel/apartment. It was very clean and large in size. It had a very dated sofa and we didn't seem to have any air conditioning. It was cool in the evening so we were able to leave our window open. We quickly learned that in Spain when windows are opened you can hear EVERYTHING throughout the night. The hotel staff was wonderful and helped with any question even if we did have a English/Spanish language problem!!! Sevilla is a beautiful city and we only spend time in our room sleeping! The shower was a nice size with a bathtub!!

Insufficient instructions to operate various systems e.g.. electrical panel, air conditioning, cable for tv. had trouble logging into wiifii and the password seemed to be changed daily, therefore, you had to get the new password at the front desk regularly. the hotel is tired looking and needs to be updated

Very well located
Good location and full kitchen (with pans, stovetop, metalware, etc). One can walk all around the main spots of Seville on foot from the hotel with ease.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and safe. It was nice to have a supermarket scriss the street and a kitchenette in my room. The beds could have been more comfortable. This was s goid hotel for student or budget travel.

This Hotel is very close to all the tourist attractions. The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a kitchenette and a bargain for the price.

Nice apartments close to place de cuba
These apartments are a little bit dated and basic but also reflected in the price, but very clean and as I was staying on my own this holiday, felt safe. Not a big kitchen but enough to have a cuppa first thing before you go out. Towels changed, bathroom cleaned and bed made each day. Can't ask for much more than that.

Got off season rates in Oceanfront Apartment
As it says, an Apartment Hotel. It does have refrigerator and cooking facilities/equipment. A nice balcony w/Chairs. The room was spacious. 4 very friendly people could share it for a few days. Be advised they have no parking available and really did not care that much that I had a car. If you were to park on the street I believe you would have to move the car every so often. I did not see any Garages but my guess would be that it would cost more than 20 Euros a day to park.

Todo estuvo perfecto. La ubicación excelente y conveniente para movilizarse. El supermercado justo abajo no podría ser más cómodo. Las habitaciones son de dos y tienen kitchenette.

Из нормального - только ванна. Не вся ванная комната, а ванна. Унитаз внутри черный. Посуда грязная, мыть ее нечем, все надо купить самостоятельно. Кровати ужасные, скрипят и вот-вот развалятся. Диван страшно замызган. Общее состояние крайне ветхое, слышимость из коридора великолепная. Комнатка маленькая. Цена за это нереально высокая.
