Terrible que no haya nadie para gestionar las reservas cara a cara. A la hora de reservar falta información sobre cómo poder acceder al hostel. El trato en algunos momentos deja mucho que desear. Me encontré con otros huéspedes que también habían tenido problemas. La habitación era pequeña pero estaba correcta aunque difícil de ventilar. Al menos, el chico de la limpieza fue muy agradable .

Très surpris de devoir envoyer ma CB en photo et CNI pour confirmer la résa malgré la confirmation de hôtel.com !! Disponibilité compliquée pour avoir les clés car réservé le jour même. Bruyant (toilettes des autres chambres, lit au dessus, passage dans le hall)
