What an amazing stay. Staffs were very very kind and helpful. Everything was perfect except for WiFi. It wasnt working in room 207. I recommend checking the wifi and immediately notifying the staff. Also please note that this hotel and most of the Cathedral area is Pedestrians only zone so taxis or Ubers won't get you to the hotel door. Its like 3 minutes walk from Plaza De Santa Cruz. If you are getting a taxi/uber to OR from the hotel make sure to adjust your origin or destination pin in your app based on the plaza de santa cruz not the hotel address. If you put the hotel address the driver and the app both gets lost and will go in circle like ours did. Also google maps keeps getting confused on hotel address itself. Once you find the hotel front entrance I recommend saving that google address point for the rest of your stay. Highly recommend this hotel overall. :)

Been travelling through Spain for over a month and staying in some great accommodations. This one just missed for me. Although fair to say its in a great location close to Savilla's biggest attractions. The main issue was the plumbing and mould in my bathroom. The staff have been great and seem like really good people. The building itself is old and more appealing to an elderly demographic. Just not my cup of tea!

Staff very friendly. Fantastic location. Unfortunately the bathroom had major drainage issues which resulted in sewer like smell. No alternative room to offer. Were given a bottle of cava and cleaning products but it was very bad, couldn’t go in the toilet and smell spread into the main bedroom.

This is a charming boutique hotel ideally situated in the heart of Seville. Despite being surrounded by bars and restaurants, the rooms are very quiet as the adjoining streets are too narrow for vehicle traffic. Make sure to enjoy the sunset from the roof terrace which has views to the spectacular cathedral.

Great hotel on a quiet street but near all the action of the old city. Our room had a private terrace with an awesome view. Very clean and well appointed. Helpful staff as well.

Great location in old part of city- in pedestrianised area. Very poor breakfast-all pre-packaged and no hot food. No de-caff coffee available. Staff very friendly and efficient. VIP tour was in fact a free walking tour of city, but you were expected to pay at the end.

We arrived at checkin and had to wait almost an hour for our room to be ready after our checkin time. The manager was very apologetic, but it was still an annoyance. The rooftop was very disappointing. The chairs were stained and dirty, and the pool was not the cleanest. Our room was a lovely size, however the bedding smelled like bug spray which was concerning and we each only received 1 regular sized pillow. Was not a comfortable stay overall. Location of the hotel was superb.

This location of the hotel is amazing. Just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar, as well as countless options for shopping and dinning. Plaza España is also a 15-20 minutes walk from the property. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They even opened the roof terrace for us outside of normal hours since it was our last night in Seville. Rooms was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.
