Upon immediately entering the property, you are greeted with a beautiful lobby and courtyard. Alejandro was super friendly and helpful with recommendations on places to eat. Enter your room and you are punched in the face with an overwhelming smell of orange blossoms mixed with the smell of sewage. This place literally STINKS!!! We had to leave our balcony door open because of this. The smell was so bad!!!! The room itself was small and not updated. Everything was old looking. They leave you a carafe of water, but no thanks as I don't know how long the water has been in it. Bring your own corkscrew, because if you decide to bring back a bottle you'd like to drink in your room, they don't have an opener. I was thankful to leave. This was my least favorite place to stay in Spain.

Hotel is clean and amenities are good. There was no response from the hotel initially to our repeated requests. They finally responded after a couple of escalations. Hotel stay was good though.

The positives: Staff were very friendly and had great local knowledge (especially Lolo) Location was good, right beside one of the oldest bars in the city and a 10 minute stroll to the centre. Room was basic but clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room had a good working aircon unit. The negatives: Wifi never worked and worse we couldn’t get consistent mobile connectivity to even tether off our own data. Was almost impossible to sleep before 1-1.30am as we had a ground floor room on the street and between the noise of reception and outside it made it impossible. Same goes from 6.30am onwards so we had two terrible nights from a sleeping perspectve. Bathroom could do with updating but was useable. No fridge in room, this was a small thing but would add a lot especially given the heat in seville. Overall if they invested a bit in sound proofing and updating the bathrooms we would probably stay here again. The staff make you very welcome and the location is good.

Hotel al centro, con personale gentilissimo.
Struttura molto bella, ma le camere hanno un arredamento un pò datato. Il wifi è debole e funziona poco. Il personale gentilissimo, disponibile e davvero molto accogliente.

Very useful / friendly front of house staff who are present 24/7 to allow access into building. Good central location approx 15-20 mins walk from most attractions. Relatively compact but very comfortable room.

The hotel location is nice. Walking distance to attractions and to bus station. The hotel lobby is nice and the staff is friendly. They have coffee machine, you can get coffee for free. Our room was on the ground floor. The wifi was not good. And the room was a bit noisy. It was somehow clean. Rooms/housekeeping needs to be more clean.

Gorgeous little hotel so close to everything we wanted to see. Easy to walk to the major tourist spots. Lots of lovely places to eat very near by. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Amazing stay
Wonderful experience, the hotel itself is in a lovely kind of Moroccan riad style and the room was comfortable with a little outside terrace part. The receptionists were very friendly, particularly Lana, and made the stay great. It was also in a nice, convenient location for all the main attractions and close to the bus station

Historical building with character. 24 hour front desk staffed. Centrally located but not not right near attractions. Overnight parking 3 blocks away for a discounted rate of $20 per day. Beds could use to be replaced.

Very central to all the highlights of the city - walkable, infact. Our room is very comfortable and reasonably spacious. Staff was very polite and helpful. The lobby and decor is very beautiful. Overall, highly recommended!!

Room with no view
Conveniently located in the centre of the old city. Our room was at ground level with window facing the street and side walk. So window has to be closed at all time for privacy. Room was small but sufficient for us. High ceiling compensated for the size.

Good area to stay in Seville
We were immediately made to feel welcome. The reception area is very atmospheric, though the rooms are quite small and very plain - perfectly adequate if you are spending most of your time out and about. There is a room service menu, but there are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants round about so you don't need to resort to this. There is also a bus stop nearby, so it is easy to get to.

The property was beautiful and very conveniently located. Staff were helpful and friendly. The shower had great pressure and hot water and the room was quite spacious and comfy. Only downside was that noise travels very easily within the hotel. We slept with ear plugs which mitigated most of it.

Love the intimate setting. Only 12 rooms. Beautiful old world charm. It would be appreciated if the wall scones were 100 percent operating ( burnt out light bulbs) & lighting in the stairwell to give your guests a safe feelin. Perhaps a modern feature in each room...a refrigerator. It was over 90 degrees during our visit & no place for beverages. Staff was supurb.

Awesome hotel, located in old Sevilla and very close to all siteseeings in Sevilla...great staff, I forgot my jacket in the hotel and the staff collected for me and mail it to my next city -Barcelona-, they are also very nice and helpfully -great tip regarding the flamenco show-... Hotel offer no breakfast but it is 1 minute walk to so many good restaurants... Style of the hotel is awesome, old Spanish-north African style with Handful number of rooms...

Very nice small hotel in a safe part of Seville. Rooms are small but very comfortable and super clean. Atrium is beautiful, small plaza with lots of good restaurants just around the corner.Wi Fi relatively slow, but overall very pleasant stay for four nights. Would return there in a minute.

A room with a view...of the neighbor's apartment.
We chose this hotel for it's charm and location. The Expedia photos are accurate, the place has tons of charm and if you like roaming narrow, historic streets (we do!) you will love the location. There is a spot in the front of the building where you can park to check in and this is not true for all hotels in the historic areas so this is a plus. While we enjoyed the terrace, not everyone will enjoy the view of looking directly into the apartments across the street. I thought it was charming, the neighbors probably not so much. I was not able to conduct my online business because the wi-fi was so weak and unreliable. There was no hot water the morning we checked out which made for a grumpy morning after 2 grumpy nights of almost no sleep in the torture rack they call a bed. Really did NOT like their policy of giving the front desk our key every time we left the building.

Nice friendly warm and caring staff. Did their best to make us comfortable and welcome. The bed was a bit short but we're told they are upgrading the beds in 2017 so that's great news.

Not worth at all for the price
The room was next to the lobby where people spoke the all night. The door was a piece of wood where light and noise could come easily from the lobby. Being at the ground floor there was noise from the road with cars passing by and every time a car was passing by the room was shaking. The room smelt like a cellar, it was very humid. Moreover the air conditioning was only was only on or off, it could be set on your preferences. Considering the price, 95 euros, for a night you could get something much much better. I stayed in a 4 star hotel in Triana which was lovely and the experience was much better and half of the price. Never again.
