A fabulous location, the roof top bar and pool are exquisite. No breakfast or dinner in the hotel but done worry, over 100 restaurants within. 100 metre radius

Excellent location!! This hotel is located inside the attraction, a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The only negative about this hotel is it is an old aging hotel, but it is clean. In my last day of stay, the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking in the middle of the night. Thank God I was checking out in the early morning.

The place was great, the location was perfect for us! Breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful and friendly. A coffee maker in the room would have made it absolutely perfect. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to see the sites in Seville!

Rude Staff and Overpriced Breakfast
I can’t recommend this hotel due to pricy breakfast and poor customer service. At check in we were greeted with no hello or welcome, just “passports” and were told where and when for breakfast. No mention of cost and whether or not it was included. Next morning we received bill for 38€ for 2 continental breakfasts. We went to reception, took responsibility for our mistake (we truly thought we had booked w breakfast) and asked if they would adjust the bill. Carmen from reception was abrupt and unapologetic for any misunderstanding. We stayed 3 nights and felt they could have been a little accommodating. The next two mornings we walked 5 minutes to a bodega and had coffee and a chocolate croissant that so good it brought tears to my eyes for 3€ for two people.

This is a very nice hotel and deserving of its 4-star rating. My room are of a good size with a comfortable bed, lots of closet space, a large well-appointed bathroom and all necessary amenities. The rooftop terrace with the bar and pool has a great view of the cathedral and plaza. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area around offers many dining and shopping options and is close to many of the popular sights.

The proximity to everything. The elegance and ambiance. The staff who made you fell welcomed. I had the room with a small terrace overlooking the plaza and Cathedral of Sevilla was magnificent. I will be back again.

Situated opposite the cathedral with amazing views over the plaza our superior room was fantastic. Comfortable large beds and good air conditioning.Pool and bar on rooftop. Staff really friendly.We will return.

The room was on right size however it did not seem to have got vacuumed right and the Air conditioning was too bad. It was very low and is in only one direction. Also, the request to look at it in the front office did not do any good. The best part is the location and the support they provided with holding the baggage before check in and after check out. There is help but room that we got was not the best.

Ejoyed the property, very clean. Did not like the bath tub, at 72 years of age one does not want to have to use this unsafe way of bathing. Why not install showers only why the bathtub, you should offer only a shower, stepping up to the bath is unsafe

GO ELSEWHERE! Excellent location and reviews so we booked this 4star hotel to insure a comfortable bed and air conditioning. They had the audacity to charge full price for a room on the 4th floor when they knew full well that their air conditioning system is insufficient to reach it !!!! GO ELSEWHERE!

The position was superb, right by the cathedral and other areas of interest. Easy walking distance of the river etc. The room was a superior one, unfortunately all the better rooms open onto the street. Lovely to hear the activity outside during the day and early evening but very noisy at night and early morning.
