Great location.Posted Nov 17, 2015
Great location. Close to everything and very walkable. Just be aware of the very thin walls between rooms, noisy when you can hear the next door neighbours.

Good Location for TapasPosted Nov 15, 2015
Pros: The lounge was lovely.
Cons: Everything, mainly the attitude of the staff. They like the foreign tourists' money but need to get their PR right.
Location: Tapas bars and lovely little side streets. Not far from the Cathedral and other tourist spots,
A positive aspect of this hotel was the lounge, it was massive, pity the rest of the hotel was not the same standard. Breakfast was very average and reasonable expensive for what it was. We had to carry our bags up 3 or 4 steep steps. The attitude of the staff was abrupt. The room was like a monk's cell and very grubby. It was at the front of the hotel and the noise level was deafening. At 4am the street cleaners were out and it sounded like a helicopter landing on the roof. The people on the upper floor seemed to have a fetish about moving furniture. After three days we asked if we could have a different room as we were by then SLEEP DEPRIVED. This was agreed to after the Manager, a very rude Individual complied. This was after my husband intervened. The next room was in the middle of the hotel and one could stand outside and look up at the sky. This was considerably better as far ascleanliness was concerned but it was still very noisy when furniture on the upper floor was moved. When we were leaving we asked for a taxi at 10.15am, I asked for a taxi three times half an hour later in the end had to go and hail one in the street. I believe the reception person was being obtuse. We nearly missed our train. Would I recommend this hotel NOT IN A MILLION YEARS. I COULD PUT UP WITH SOME DISCOMFORT BUT NOT RUDENESS.

In the heart of the Santa Cruz Barrio.Posted Nov 12, 2015
Pros: Clean, well finished, so close to everything you want to see and everywhere you want to be.
Cons: Not a lot.
Location: The real alcazar, cathedral Giralda, murillo gardens, flamenco, tapas, plaza de espana is all within 10mins walk.
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Spotlessly clean, quiet, well finished and seriously comfy ,large bed. A great base to explore wonderful Sevilla.

Pros: location and staff.
Cons: better sound proofing the rooms and better hair dryer.
Location: near everything, walking distance to major sites.
first time to Sevilla, we wanted a hotel centrally located, walking distance to most every popular sites. hotel staff was most helpful. this seems to be an old hotel judging from the hair dryer in the bathroom. Small room, but we expected it in Europe. room is not sound proofed, we could hear people laughing and talking next room, as well as people walking in the hall way.

Nothing worked - shower, tv, no bath/sink plugs,Posted Oct 26, 2015
Not a 4 star. 2 maximum. Disinterested staff. Superior room?? Joke! Superior to what? A tent maybe.

is operated more like a 3* than 4*.Posted Oct 22, 2015
Pros: only the location - the rest we did not like
room smelt of paint after recent renovation,it had minimal guest supplies ( we constantly had to ask for a back-up toilet roll), mini bar was locked. When it rained the roof garden/pool was closed for safety reasons but when it dried off in the afternoon and was very hot they would still not open the pool. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool!

Bien ubicado las habitaciones amplias aunque un poco ruidosas ya que se escucha muy claro de los cuartos contiguos

Great location, poor room design.Posted Oct 17, 2015
Pros: The location -- smack in the center of old Seville, easy walking distance to all the important sites, tapas bars, museums, etc, but too commercialized
Cons: Room design. Bar choices. Contact by email. Providing soap dishes, towel hangers, etc.
Location: Greta location. Restaurant service manners horrible. Visit Rio Grande restaurant for best assortment of tapas.
Refrigerator door had no knobs or anything your hands can grasp. The walk-in shower had towels inside! They'd regularly get wet. Bathroom had no towel or clothes hooks. There was no soap dish. The shower door was about 1/4 inch from the floor and flooded the bathroom after every shower. The drain was semi-clogged so the shower would turn into a mini pool in no time. Our names were not on the check-in list. Someone then pulled a loose slip of paper with Expedia on it and then we checked in. Attempt to verify our reservation with the hotel before our trip by email proved impossible. You can only call! The bar could not make white russians!

그럭저럭.Posted Oct 16, 2015
Pros:
