The architecture of the place is one of its key attractions. It's built in an old family palace.. They have preserved the original elements and mixed them with modern modifications. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We used the spa facilities, with a full body relaxing massage. Very enjoyable!

High quality hotel with fantastic amenities and friendly, helpful staff. Beautifully restored and appointed old palace. Great location on the edge of the historic Santa Cruz district. Would highly recommend this hotel.
