The checkin in advance worked well and they were helpful storing luggage on arrival before room was ready and after checkout until we departed for airport even though reception is not 24/7. Hallways were disappointing, room was plain (not like photos) but clean. Location in pedestrian area was difficult as we had a lot of luggage but would have been great otherwise.

No close proximity to taxis. Had to to drag heavy suitcases over uneven pavement a long distance with bad knees. Hotel has elevator "after" you walk up a flight of stairs. Not helpful if you have bad knees or other mobility issues. If you need a taxi you must walk several blocks to find one. We immediately told them the room was not acceptable and checked out of hotel but they insisted on charging us for the full 3 day stay. No safes, no restaurant. More of an apartment building than a hotel. O

Excellent location close to historic sites. Very loud from noise inside hotel and the street. Construction across the alley started at 6 am, Street cleaners at midnight and parties on and off all night Really bad sewer smell in the shower room.

Location was excellent, however the noise from the streets was extremely load and went on all night long. Anyone who is plans on sleeping should book somewhere else.
