“This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground……

“We had a great vacation. The location was perfect. Flagler Beach did not disappoint and neither did our accommodations. Very close beach access, so many restaurants, and beautiful sunrises from the deck. We rode our bikes all over. Our host was so accommodating, wonderful little touches, everything we would need, and quick to respond to questions. We will most definitely book this house again!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our short getaways usually involve day hikes followed by quiet evenings on a screened porch. This area and specifically this home fit the bill perfectly. The king bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. The large yard was abundant with birds and natural beauty. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!”

“Loved our stay! My husband and I came here after planning our wedding and ending his school semester. Such a fantastic place to enjoy doing NOTHING but also so much! We hiked, kayaked, hot tubbed and enjoyed the fire pit at night over looking the water. So peaceful and we will definitely be back!”

“I rented properties for the past 11 years and usually stay 1 to 3 months at the properties. This was the first time there was no gas in the grill and I was told I had to supply the propane??? I’m not sure this grill is functional since I had to reinstall heat shields on burners. Unacceptable!!!!! The grill should be functional at the start!!!!! Property management should take down the picture of the grill 😡 or make sure it’s working!!!!!”

“The house is very comfortable and clean and has just about everything you need. We brought our dog and stayed at the house most of the time. Went for early morning walks on the nearby dog friendly beaches and enjoyed the heated pool and BBQ grill. Don't expect to find some little things like tin foil, plastic wrap, storage bags, laundry detergent or anything in the fridge (condiments) as it is cleaned out as referenced in the description. We had to go to the grocery store a few times as I didn't……

“Fantastic! The location is perfect. It's a block from the ocean, beach and boardwalk and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The unit was perfect. Spacious kitchen and family room with plenty of storage and a balcony with great views of the ocean. It was wonderful!!”

“Spent a week spring break with my family in Florida. Excellent pool area, the kids loved it. The kitchen was used for every day cooking and barbecuing. Kitchen was especially spacious and easy to organize our stuff. the extra bedrooms were comfortable for my Parents and Sister and her children. This place is excellent if you want to go to the nearby towns like St. Augustine and Daytona beach. Also a good spot to stay if your seeing family and friends and can make a trip to Disney World. “Very peaceful, wonderful screen porch watching boats go by and listening to the waves lapping. Nice boardwalk through the grounds with interesting flora. I have to agree with others that the bed was not the most comfortable, however, we brought padding that we use for camping and it was much better. The bed was the only con, and the pros far outweigh that, especially since you can make it more comfortable. Really enjoyed the seclusion and quiet. We will come back!”

“We absolutely loved this rental. The views were breathtaking. The space was very cozy and clean and had everything you needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Very convenient location to Flagler. It was enjoyable just hanging out on the porch and watching the cars go by AIA and staring at the endless blue water. Fond family memories were made.”
