Bien situé, confortable

Location: Bonne situation sur la plage de Beau Vallon, prés des clubs de plongée et des restaurants, commerce epicerie
Très bon hôtel, bien situé sur plage de Beau vallon, chambre bien équipée,propre et bien tenue, douche avec bonne pression eau chaude. Lit un peu trop ferme. Service a la réception très bon et courtois. Plusieurs choix pour les repas et boissons sur place ou aux alentours. On nous a offert de garder nos bagages en consigne gratuitement le jour du départ et acces a une douche dans chambre de courtoisie gratuitement pour se préparer après notre dernière journée à la plage. Excellent restaurant indien et de sushis sur place. Piscine sur place refroidie pour plus de rafraîchissement ce qui est très apprécié avec la chaleur intense, mer très agréable devant l'hotel pour la baignade, chaises longues mais pas de parasols sur la plage. Près de club de plongée, arrêt de bus et de commerces utiles épicerie, pharmacie à moins de 15 minutes de marche. Nourriture et boissons chères sur le site mais de bonne qualité et bons choix varié, service plutôt lent et peu attentionné au snack bar beach grill.

Great Hotel

Cons: pool needs to be worked on...too small for the number of rooms in the hotel
Location: very very close to the beach and the restuarants
Stayed at coral for two nights..room size is very small but makes up for it by a private balcony in each room which is the prefect place to relax after a day at the beach..could help by making the chairs more comfortable in the balcony..upon checking in there were lots of insects in the room..upon complaining it was quickly resolved...apart from that had a very pleasureable stay....had a very good selection at the breakfast buffet....highlight of the buffet was the fruit station where the chefs cuts fresh fruit for you upon request...will definately stay again..

Habe das Hotel nur für einen Zwischenstopp genutzt; Die Lage direkt am Sandstrand ist klasse, das allmorgendliche reservieren der Poolliegen amüsant & das Personal ist sehr freundlich & bemüht

Hotel et chambre vieillots, type annee 70 en espagne. salle de bain à refaire entierement, chambre non insinorisee, lit non confortable, climatisation qui fuit. Mauvaise connection wifi (TV qui coupe tout le temps). Hotel frequenté principalement par des Russes et chinois

Pros: Virtually everything except the bedroom
Location: On the edge of a very small village with mini markets, a selection of eating places and 1 or 2 nice walks.
Three things that make the hotel, the staff are excellent, the food is very good with a different theme buffet each evening, and the location, virtually right on the beach and on the edge of a very small village. A lot of other hotels do appear to be quite remote when it comes finding an alternative restaurant at lunchtime. There are two further restaurants to choose from within the hotel with a good allowance towards your meal if you happen to be on half board. One is Indian and the other is a sushi restaurant and the fish barbecue at lunchtime is first class. Now the room....... The rooms are a big disappointment. When you first arrive you have to 'look past the reception', it needs a facelift, and certainly 'look past the room', it lacks one or two very basic essentials but, dare I say it, you do get used to it, just don't keep looking too closely. The décor is very ‘drab’. The room basically consists of a bed, a luggage rack and a VERY small storage area which includes a safe and fridge. Oh and the bed does have 2 attached small bedside tables and a shelf with kettle facilities. If you want chairs in the room you have to take them from the balcony!! Good facilities in the bathroom. There is also a T.V. and wifi but both can be unreliable at times. Check your pool towels daily, I am not convinced they are washed everyday. Booked with Expedia and travelled with Emirates from BHX, all went very well and smoothly including the transfer to the hotel. Particularly im

The facilities are tired. Service is come day go day. Disappointing staff attitude - so laid back you'd think them asleep. Location and food ok. Not enough sun beds. One small pool

Отдых на Сейшелах очень понравился во многом благодаря тому, что мы остановились в этом отеле. Понравилось практически все: удобные номера (через 2 дня нам бесплатно любезно предоставили номер с гораздо более красивым видом из окна - огромное спасибо менеджеру Ксении), отличные и разнообразные завтраки и ужины, представляющие кухню разных стран мира (каждый день недели разные), очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал - особенно хочется выделить менеджеров Ксению и Елену за заботу и оперативную помощь в любых вопросах, поваров Николая и Ивана за потрясающую еду, бармена Антона за вкусные коктейли. Wifi в отеле и на пляже бесплатный, но периодически недостаточно быстрый. Отель находится прямо на великолепном пляже Beau Vallon, с чистым мелким песком, отличным входом в океан (с тем же самым песком без камней, кораллов, растительности). Лежаки бесплатные, если на пляже все заняты, можно попросить сотрудников отеля принести дополнительные лежаки (лежат за баром). Рядом с отелем расположено несколько ресторанов (в отеле еда вкуснее), супермаркетов, палаток с местной вкусной едой (в основном, барбекю) и пиццерия с едой на вынос. Один-два раза в неделю неподалеку от отеля организуют местный рынок на котором также готовят местную еду, продают сувениры и некоторые местные товары. В 5-7 минутах от отеля расположена остановка автобуса, на котором можно доехать до столицы Виктории.

Pros: overall service.
Cons: Should have offer shuttle service to and from airport. Breakfast buffet area should have AC since it feels very hot. Buffet variety needs for 4*.
Location: Location is good.
Good experience overall. Stafff is good and location is fine. The hotel should have a changing room downstairs since people would like to change once done from beach or pool.

Really shouldn't have gone back...

I stayed here 30 years ago and had one of the best holidays of my life - but shouldn't have gone back... The beach location is absolutely perfect, but the quality of food is a joke, the price of drinks beyond belief and the quality of service no better than 2-star. Over-booking was the first problem. Having paid for a 'luxury' sea-view room we were told that we were being 'upgraded' to a 5-star hotel in the main town. This turned out to be a soleless business-type hotel with no access to a beach and with a view of gas cylinder compound in the rear garden. Needless to say we rejected it. We only stayed for 7 nights to see in the New Year, but the main restaurant was not available on 4 of those nights because it was hired out for private parties. The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner was compulsory and charged at an additional €110 per person. It really was one of the worst meals that we have ever had. The bar/beach service was appalling because it was totally under-staffed. One couple put in a complaint because it took the staff an hour to bring them their bill!! All they seem to think about is making money... This last visit really shattered my delightful memories of the hotel and I certainly not go back, nor would I recommend anyone else to go there.
