The hotel has an impressive reception area but the rooms are looking tired. Staff was ok, no particularly friendly but more towards the rude side. The are not enough chairs to see the live music shows at the lounge. We went in January, the outdoor pool was closed and the indoor pool was packed and the showers/changing areas were very small and basic. We borrowed the equipment from the reception to play tennis and mini golf but both sport areas looked abandoned and need refurbishment. We enjoyed the quiz night activity and the party on Friday night. We walked to the medina by the beach side in over one hour. Outside the hotel there are other options for dinner and have a cup of coffee.

Terrible experience with top floor restaurant. Attendant was more interested in watching live football instead of servicing us. Ordered a pasta expecting to be vegetarian but had chicken in it. Manager was courteous and helpful and accepted the mistake. Room was clean but phone wasn’t working so ...
