“My wife and I arrived at 2:40 pm, knowing that after travelling all day that maybe we could check in before the standard check in time of 3:00pm. The front desk clerk immediately looked at our reservation and said our room wasn't ready. When asked when it might be ready, and she stated that the check in time is 3:00pm. We waited in the lobby. Two other couples came in right after us and their room was ready and were allowed to check in. At 3:05p I again asked if our room was ready, and we were……

“Great clean hotel in wonderful location. Close to highway, restaurants and groceries.”

“Friendly staff. Easy, and fast check in. Beyond that, it's a good thing the hotel is getting remodeled. It's seen better days. Hopefully it is more than paint and carpet......there are moisture issues from lack of bathroom ventilation and perhaps prior leaky pipes. The HVAC unit needs a through cleaning to remove the mildew smell”

“I books 2 rooms and paid up front to express. but Expedia only booked 1 room for me. And I had to book another room at much higher price at my own cost when arrival. Complained case to one of the agent. Only refund the 1 room at lower price. The agent do not even offer or ask what is my cost due to Expedia mistake. This is totally unacceptable. This only happens once. But twice. Last time when I booked resort room at Mexico Cancun moon palace. The similar situation happened . The agent resolved……

“The condition of the property was unacceptable, and we chose not to stay as a result. Despite this, our request for a refund was denied at the time, although we were told a refund for the second night might be considered.
