“Our family was extending vacation with a couple days in North Myrtle Beach. The location was great and had a wonderful view. Pool areas were fantastic and well maintained. It’s clear the property is older but our rental has lots of updates and provided just what we needed. Overall it was clean but the additional linens and pillows were stained but not a major concern since we had enough on hand to get by. Communication was great and we had no other issues or concerns. ”

“We tried to use the jacuzzi tub the first evening but black mold came out of the water jets. We called the Management company and they sent a repair person out the next afternoon. This was a minor event in our wonderful vacation. Check in was EASY (thank you!) and the kitchen was well stocked with everythng you likely have at home. My only wish is that someone could explain in writing how to use the TVs. ”

I would just like to say this was by far the best experience I've had with a rental ever. Saltwater Grande was awesome. The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. “The door code didn’t work - had to get a new one from them. None of the TVs worked. The phone didn’t work. There was broken glass on the floor in the living room and Main bedroom that 4/10 of us got in our feet and bled everywhere, And they made several fraudulent charges to my card. The parking tags were expired so they clearly have terrible room service. Two of the beds had stained up bedding. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer.”
