Rooms are nicely updated. Halls have old carpeting. Rooms not quite soundproof. Staff was friendly and helpful. Common area very clean.

Every one of the staff was friendly and helpful. Our TV stopped working and they offered to move our room and give us a discount. Only thing I could comment on improving was the carpet in the downstairs hallway. It was bunched up the entire length of the hall and a tripping hazard. Even so, I would definitely stay again!

Our stay was nice and peaceful, just what we needed. Sharon was training/assisting Sherry at check in. Both were welcoming and helpful. The lady attending to breakfast was very sweet as well. Everything was clean and working as it should be. There are plenty of food and shopping options nearby.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. Extremely kind and caring staff from the time we checked in until we checked out. Staff were very accommodating. Very clean. Continental Breakfast was always fresh and delicious with the sweetest staff there ever was. Honestly, we felt like home with family during our 3 night beach combing stay. We will definitely return!

There are 2 food establishments with access without getting on the highway.. Fuel is available across street.The staff was very friendly' The tv selections were not good..

The hotel was ok. Front desk staff in the evening was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was ok but it’s included in the price - need more fresh fruit, the property was clean, clean room, clean bathroom & towels, clean bed linen - they have the zip mattress cover. It is right off the highway, basic hotel room, bathroom fit 2 at a time, just a standard hotel room. Good overall hotel. Didn’t like that the hotel room only had fluorescent lighting.

A Great Stay
The front desk crew were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing, the location was great for me and the cleaning crew were on top of everything, near as I could tell. The room was better than expected. The service was top notch and I will definitely repeat at this Best Western whenever I am in Shallotte.

BW - great location and very clean.
Very well run facility. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. Pool was warm and clean. Convenient location and generous amounts of parking.

Upon walking through the door, we were greeted by a kind hostess. She seemed especially concerned with potentially spreading COVID and wore a mask and gloves while helping us. Ink pins at the desk were santized and separated from those used by other guests. The room was very clean and the staff were nice and considerate. Breakfast was absolutely DELICIOUS, served with fresh made waffles and whatever else one may fancy in the morning. Great stay!! Highly recommend

Love this property, just 13 minutes from ocean isle beach and we were able to drive out 37 minutes to enjoy Myrtle beach attractions as well, very clean place and Waffle House was right next door and other fast food restaurants were across the street within 2 minute walking distance! I’d definitely recommend this place to stay and will be back!

My wife and I had a very nice stay, room was clean and the lobby was nice. Free 24 coffee! My only complaint is that the breakfast was lacking good nutrition, mainly prepackaged muffins and pastries with cereal.
