I made a 5rooms booking in this hotel. During our check in, it takes more than 15minutes, the front desk service is bad. Me and my customer wanted to check in,but they told us that one of my guest have to check in at level 9. So i asked her how can it be when i am the person who did all the booking, we choose the same room type. She replied indeed his room is different, so i asked her to explain why is it different. And she showed us bad attitude. After that she just ignore and pass each of us 1room key for each rooms. I requested for 2room key instead of 1 since i am staying with my colleagues, she said cannot because hotel have no more room key!! I dont understand how can i hotel have no sufficient room key, and infact if so, i dont think this is what customer should worry right? On the evening, 8 of us went to the lobby restaurant for dinner. We waited more than an hour for them to serve us food. Service was bad, and the promoter aren't polite or helpful. When we need to order something , we have to wait for at least 15min for them to response when we have been waving our hands. The food are also bad especially the lobster soup, it takes horrible. Food arent cheap, but main thing is not about this but the service they are providing is really bad.....
The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
