Worst receptionist in Shanghai

First of all, this hotel has problems. Mostly, it is the staff that makes the experience, unbearable. No doorman, lazy counter help and they did not tell me when I had mail sent to me. They DO NOT want to be helpful. Nobody there speaks English, by the way.
