The condition and the service are far away from the top brand standard.

Comfortable and convienent.

Overall great experience. Indoor pool is 1.3 meters (4ft) no floaters for young kids. Breakfast is expensive and should have a bigger selection and food needs to be kept fresher, one of our kids got sick from it. However, everything else was great! Simply put, we would stay here again!!!

Heart of Shanghai

Staying in Jing'An district of Shanghai was fabulous and the Four Seasons was a respite in a city that has so much stimulation. The Four Seasons on Weihai Lu is centrally located within 3 - 5 minute walk from three subway lines: 2, 12, and 13 and you can access Jing'An Temple, People's Park, the Bund, French Concession, and Yuyuan Gardens within 1 - 4 metro stops. My room had a huge bathroom with spa tub and excellent bed with luxurious linens - so welcome after a long day of walking and sightseeing. With so many food choices nearby, I never ate at the hotel, but the in-room bar was great for late night beer, water, snack. The lap pool, hot tub and sauna were also welcome comforts to rejuvenate.

Nice hotel, expensive extras

Posted Jun 24, 2016
The newer rooms are very comfortable and reasonably priced. I would come back for the room however they sting you on everything else. A coffee is $14aud, as is an orange juice. Certainly the most expensive I've come across in the world and far from the best.
