The hotel is located in Shanghai's landmark building Jin Mao Tower. Located in Lujiazui business center. Overlooking the most prosperous city center of Shanghai. The hotel is decorated with Chinese characteristics and displays many Chinese paintings, calligraphy, and ceramic artworks. The restaurant offers Cantonese food, Japanese food, and buffet. First-class sightseeing environment. A very unforgettable stay. Living in Suite 8305, it has a living room, kitchen, dining room, and two Kingsize beds in the bedroom. It has a 180-degree floor-to-ceiling viewing window, facing the Lujiazui Huangpu River city skyline. It is a very shocking living experience.

In the heart of Shanghai's CBD area, it's conveniently located in of the most popular landmarks in town. Being built 20 years ago, it's a little dated. That's probably why it's considerably cheaper than those new hotels nearby.

Good location.
I have stayed here many times. Can notice the hotel's age from some details. Location is good, that's the main reason I stay here. Can hear noice from outside and from the neighboring room. Suggest hotel improve it. There is a strange sound in the night. Pretty lound. Happened 3 times in the night and woke me up. The hotel staff explain to me it's due to the outside wall structure. Not sure, but my sleep was interrupted by the sound.

The air was shut down for the entire stay, making the room very stuffy. They maintenance person told us we could have a different room, but they were all the same. The service in the drink and dessert venue was bad, the staff seemed under trained.

Amazing hotel! Great views!
Amazing hotel! But they should be more ok too of the staff’s personal hygiene. Unfortunately some of them smelled pretty strong and that kills the experience!

This hotel is located right in center of the Financial district. It is beautiful great property close to everything but pricey. The best part is that you can walk just about anywhere in downtown and you’re only a minutes away.

Hotel has an unrivalled view of the bund and the rooms were furnished nicely. Only inconvenience is the 2 separate elevators to bring you to your room .. which we can’t really complain when we stayed on the 75 floor

Even I payed they need me to give a deposit as a guarantee and my Marter Card Banking card was not readen by his machine and they aske me to let them RMB in cash , but I did not have cash in that moment so it was not comfortable this part

Still a solid choice
Great location in the Pudong Business District. Excellent service. They continue to renovate some of the restaurants so that is a limiting fact. Also checkin and checkout tend to have long lines at peak times and move slowly. But overall still a beautiful hotel.
