あまり宿泊客を大切に考えていないイメージ

予約をしていたにも関わらず、急遽政府の会議が入ったとされ部屋がないと言われる。 結局部屋は手配してもらえたものの、チェックインに凄く時間が掛かる。 スタッフの対応も宜しくない。 何故、政府が来たからと言って、既に予約されている部屋がなくなるのか? 中には、他のホテルに移動させられている人がいた。最低最悪な対応です。

Overall good hotel. Still not sure what pudong has to offer but hotel conveniently situated near shops, supermarket and locals. Great street food. Beware of silent motorbikes on footpath. Stay safe!

Cons: n/a
Location: not much mostly need to travel by taxi to all the tourist spot
not so convenient to public transportation like Shanghai Metro train

Pros: Nice room
Cons: Check-in staff, no smile, not too polite.
Location: Nothing to see around, this is not a very interesting district.
Late check-in at night was tedious, it was heavily raining, the staff was slow and annoying. The room was good and comfortable though. Finding a 7-Eleven to buy something to eat and drink was difficult at night. Location is not very convenient but the metro station is not too far either (10 mn walk). Check-out was much better with much nicer and pro. staff. Will avoid coming again as it is not a very convenient area.

Concierge service was good and helpful. But the reception service was very poor. The reception staffs do not cater to the customers first but instead focusing on their own work and let the customers wait. The same attitude when I do the checkout. No one answers to your call, be it room service, or reception after 11pm Breakfast was OK but not happy to have the same kind of food everyday for 4 days. (Only 1-2 dishes changed on the 1st and 2nd day). Same food from 2nd day till 4th Day.
