Concierge service was good and helpful. But the reception service was very poor. The reception staffs do not cater to the customers first but instead focusing on their own work and let the customers wait. The same attitude when I do the checkout.
No one answers to your call, be it room service, or reception after 11pm
Breakfast was OK but not happy to have the same kind of food everyday for 4 days. (Only 1-2 dishes changed on the 1st and 2nd day). Same food from 2nd day till 4th Day.
